Listing said heated pool. Pool was not heated, so was not usable. Pool was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Only instructions about the pool was "Don't touch pool equipment." Nice property, but pool was not useable.

A home away from home

Our stay was very comfortable we felt at home with comfortable beds, ability to cook for family and barbecue. Plenty of games and pool table to entertain and relaxing chairs and pool outside. Totally recommend the beach house for a nice relaxing time with family and friends.

Great place to stay, good location

Had a great time in Surprise this house was in a good neighborhood and we all enjoyed the house. Had no issues with the place and the one time we contacted the manager very prompt with response.

Family trip for Grandma's memorial

The home and backyard was lovely and accommodated our needs nicely. We enjoyed the opportunity to spread out to the back yard which made the property feel quite large.

Great place to stay in Surprise, Az.

Nice, clean home to stay. Interior was very nice and the backyard was well done. The only negative to this place was the BBQ grill desperately needs to be replaced as it is flat wore out.

Great location. Beautiful home. Very responsive, AC went out and as soon as they knew about it, late at night, tech was there within the hour and repaired within 2.

Great home and retreat in the desert

House was very comfortable and had all the amenities described in the description. Our family enjoyed time out in the very comfortable and inviting gazebo between other activities outside the home. Very convenient location close to shopping and restaurants in Surprise (the far west side of Phoenix).

Excellent backyard and plenty of space for friends and family to have a reunion/party/barbecue!

We celebrated my husband's retirement from the Air Force here. The backyard was amazing and has a perfect place for cornhole, not to mention the several comfy spots to get out of the sun. The extra rooms helped us accommodate friends and family coming in from out of state. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home!

Great Rental

We came to Surprise to visit our elderly mom for Thanksgiving and this property was only 1.2 miles away! It has an amazing back yard that I wish we could have utilized more if we weren’t at my mom’s most of the time. The kitchen had plenty of room to prepare Thanksgiving meals and the beds were very comfortable. The property manager was extremely nice and helpful as well! We look forward to staying here again.

Everything was as described. Plenty of room for all 5 of us. Very beautiful home. Would definitely stay here again. Very good location close to everything we wanted to see.
