Are you looking for the perfect home away from home for your next escapade with family and friends? Then, look no further than this two-story home located a few blocks away from all the hot spots in downtown Flagstaff! You are within walking distance of seasonal farmer's markets, art walks, festivals, restaurants, and city parks. Some of the must-visit attractions nearby include The Orpheum Theater, Flagstaff Visitor Center, Lowell Observatory, Fort Tuthill County Park, Flagstaff Extreme Adventure Course, Continental Golf Club, Walnut Canyon National Monument, and Arizona Snowbow. NAU is only a mile away.

As soon as you enter this gorgeous Victorian-style home, you will discover a craftsman style with a bright and open floor plan. Spread out comfortably in the inviting living room offering a gas fireplace, a sectional sofa and a sofa chair, and a large smart TV with an Xbox to keep you entertained and informed during your stay. The well-appointed kitchen features modern, high-end appliances that will make cooking a breeze, so don't hesitate to put on the chef's apron and surprise your loved ones with their favorite recipes! Adjacent to the kitchen is a gorgeous dry bar with a wine fridge and a formal dining table. The main floor also houses a designated laundry room with a stacked washer/dryer.

Upstairs, you will find a lofted rec area and all three bedrooms. The lofted area enjoys gym equipment (dumbbells and an elliptical), a second smart TV with streaming, and numerous board games. The spacious primary suite boasts a seating area with chairs and sofas and an exquisite en suite bath with a jetted tub, a glass-enclosed shower, and a double vanity. When it comes to outdoor living, this charming home away from home has a covered front porch and an open rear paver patio courtyard with an outdoor dining area and a shared gas grill.

Home was beautiful. My husband gets cold easily so really loved the fire place. I’m 83 so the washer was too complicated. The persons who rented before us mixed up the trash and recycled bins so we did our best to fix that. Loved the home. Would definitely rent this home again

Perfect Flagstaff Get-a-way!

We have rented dozens of VRBOs and this is definitely in our top 5. The home is stocked with the highest quality furniture, linens, appliances, and unexpected extras. You only need to bring your toothbrush. The kitchen has high-end appliances (six-burner gas stove is one) and is stocked with spices, condiments, coffee, and so much more. We are looking forward to bringing the whole family next time!

Incredibly comfortable and perfect for our vacation

We loved this house. LOVED it. We brought our 2 teenagers to AZ for the first time and there was plenty of room to spread out and relax after our days of adventuring. We thoroughly enjoyed the coffee maker (and the local beans we got right down the road). The home is beautiful and so comfortable. It is exactly what we needed and more than we hoped for.

Great location

Great location, easy walking distance to downtown. Excellent amenities. We could not unlock the door when we arrived and had to call property management to reset the door code. We also initially struggled with locking the door and had to call again but finally got it sorted out. Despite the initial frustration, I would stay here again.

This home is just gorgeous inside and out. Wonderful front porch with swing. The owners obviously care about their home. Everything was fabulous. I just have one suggestion, please buy a normal coffee pot.

Fantastic Location and Amenities

We spent a fun filled 6 days at this location. You can easily walk downtown to shops, parks, and restaurants. Driving to various sites such as the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Walnut Canyon, The Petrified Forest, and various others is with in 15 minutes to 2 hours. If you like to cook there is a top of the line kitchen and grill. I thought I walked into a showroom kitchen. I was in heaven! This property is very relaxing and I would rent it again in a heartbeat!!

Centrally located to visit Sedona, Grand Canyon and Route 66

The accommodations were perfect for 6 adults to spend 4 days and visit Flagstaff, Grand Canyon and Sedona. The house is very modern and has everything you need. I would suggest however that getting a regular coffee maker as well would be helpful. The expertise and time to use the built in Miele was a little too much particularly when we needed to descale it a few times.
