Sunrise Palms Paradise is nestled in a private, secluded, resort-style gated community on the North Side of Palms Springs Racquet Club, without many other rentals.

Indulge in your own slice of paradise with this stylish, desert delight! Boasting a private hot tub and furnished outdoor areas, this ground-floor condo in a gated community also features access to some fabulous on-site amenities including eight pools and spas, a private park with pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts, and acres of native plants that attract hummingbirds and butterflies. Nestled on the north side of town, the condo offers a convenient location close to the Palm Springs Airport, great golf options, and Downtown Palm Springs. Groceries, shops, and convenient dining options are all within a two-mile radius.

Showcasing colorful paintings from local artists and updated furnishings, the inviting interior comes well-appointed for meeting all your at-home needs. Plan and prep meals with ease in the compact, full kitchen. Connect to the WiFi to stream shows and movies on the smart TV or set up your laptop at the dedicated desk for remote working convenience. The private, enclosed patio includes a lounge area for cocktail hours (accessible from the bedroom), a new cabana daybed, private hot tub, and a covered dining table with a deluxe gas grill for alfresco dining. Desert getaway

We had a great time at your place. Very convenient location. Cozy modern interior with great size bedroom. Nice amenities at the unit and in the community. We stayed over a month as we relocated to the area and it was a great experience. I loved the all the art.

Lovely stay in Palm Springs

Comfortable home in Palm Springs. The place had everything a guest needs. It’s a bit windy in that area. But otherwise, the place is clean and organized. Nice paintings. Everything works. Had a good time.

Choose a different property and a different property manager

Awful experience from day 1. Property wasn't clean, sink didn't drain, shower head broken, kitchen sink garbage disposal wasn't working and perhaps worst of all, Vacasa surprise that there was no access to a mailbox. Given these are locked at this community meant not possible to access mail. Ridiculous and this item alone is more than enough reason to never book at Vacasa again. Moreover, despite multiple request to fix these issues, for days and days nobody at Vacasa responded. In one word: Unacceptable. Furniture in the house is intended for people max 5ft tall. At 6'2 it was extremely uncomfortable. Besides, house seems intended for toddlers as everything in there is cheap and plastic, furniture, the 'glasses', all very poor. Owners have tried to mimic a museum, but seems to have completely forgotten that renters primary objective would be comfort. Not to be found here.

The condo was fine. Had a few problems that we had to adjust for. Not everyone wants a heavy comforter on their bed, there was no blanket to use. Every time we used the hair dryer with the bathroom fan and light on it kept tripping the breaker. Might want to upgrade the breaker box, The artwork was fine, but with the plaques next to them i thought we were staying in a galley. what you see for furniture is what you get. it worked but not very comfortable. Not everyone streams tv, it would have been nice to have local tv and not just streaming the same shows over and over. Didn't use the patio at all everything was nice out there but never used it. Overall, the place worked for us and we like the gated community.
