Fairway Fun Villa features a spectacular games room and children's themed bedrooms, along with a private pool and separate spa, making it an ideal retreat ,and only a 10-minute drive to Disney, ensuring convenience and excitement for visitors.

Elegantly furnished throughout, this home provides perfect accommodation for large family gatherings or multiple families sharing. It is fully equipped with everything needed for an unforgettable vacation and is situated within the exclusive, gated Encore Resort. The villa offers 2,800 square feet of luxurious, fully air-conditioned living space.

The house was incredible, and in such a nice neighborhood. We loved our stay, and would definitely stay here again.

There was a code issue trying to get in the house. But the real problem for me; the only floor level bathroom in the home wasn’t handicapped accessible. No shower wand no hand rails near the toilet nor in the shower. The alarm was constantly going off; opening the patio doors to the pool. The decor with uneven pictures and uncomfortable living room sofa just didn’t make me feel relaxed.
