Exceptionally clean, well-stocked, quiet, nice off-street parking, Kelly was very responsive and kind, would definitely recommend anyone considering staying here to check out this spot!

This was the perfect spot for our visit, cozy and well appointed. Quiet neighborhood close to many attractions.Easy parking and great communication with the host. Would definitely recommend!

If anything, I would say the pictures lie and do NOT do this place justice! We spent our anniversary weekend at the Place on Lake and it was PERFECTION. The house is absolutely immaculate, with every amenity you need. The towels are the softest towels I’ve ever felt in my life. Everything looks brand new and it was so comfy just hanging out or if we went out and about, coming back and the convenient parking for the apartment was great. Very quiet neighborhood and so close to everything we wanted to do and see! Would recommend for any stay in Fort Wayne! Host was attentive and addressed any concerns with care and promptness. Very happy with our stay!

definitely my first pick for rentals here, lots of little details make the biggest difference and she thought of all of them for me, every room is very cozy and quiet that's quite a luxury that's not always easy to find, the host won't bug you but might check in to see how you're doing and will actually talk to you over the phone rather than queuing you into some third party management group - it happens, she'll adjust the ac to whatever you like as it's controlled from her other connected property and it does make a huge difference on the 2nd floor in the summer, she has a binder with all the newcomer information in case you've never been to the area before, she doesn't demand anything unusual upon checkout, it's in a nice area of town, being tall the vaulted ceilings were kinda funny but the main room is normal and leaning over ever so slightly isn't a big deal compared to some other experiences iv had here, more than enough room for one person, I hope she liked me as much as I liked the place
