Step out onto your shaded balcony, settle into the hanging swing with a cup of coffee in hand, and take in that Gulf view as the morning light dances across the water. You're 25 steps from the sand — no driving, no long walks, just flip flops and go.

When you're not on the beach, cool off in one of two community pools — a family pool and an adults-only pool. Fire up the BBQ grills, relax at the picnic tables, or rinse off at the outdoor shower. Need beach gear? Ike's Beach Service is around the corner with rentals for chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, and more.

The Lani Kai community sits in one of the most central and walkable stretches of Gulf Shores — Bahama Bob's, The Hangout, and shops are all within easy reach. Whether you're here to relax on the sand or fill your days with adventure, Serene Seaside delivers.

The Space
Serene Seaside is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf-front condo located in the Lani Kai Village community on West Beach Blvd, Gulf Shores, AL. The building is on stilts with one flight of stairs to access the unit. No elevator.

Serene Seaside sits on West Beach Blvd in the heart of Gulf Shores — one of the most central and sought-after stretches of the Alabama Gulf Coast. The Lani Kai community has a relaxed, classic beach town vibe with a lively edge: world-famous live music venue The Hangout is under a mile away, Bahama Bob's Beach Side Cafe is just steps from the complex, and a walkable mix of shops, eateries, and beach life lines the boulevard in every direction. It's the kind of place where you can be as busy or as quiet as you want — the beach is always right there when you need to reset.

Please note: the community pools, BBQ grills, and picnic areas are located on the opposite (street) side of West Beach Blvd. There is no crosswalk available — please use caution when crossing.

Getting Around
A car is recommended for reaching most attractions, though the immediate area along West Beach Blvd is walkable for dining, ice cream, and beach gear. Uber and Lyft are readily available in Gulf Shores.

You'll have full, private access to the entire condo.
•Entry: Keycode lock on the front door. Your unique access code will be sent on the day of check-in.
•Parking: Two parking spots are available at $25 per spot. Parking passes will be waiting inside the condo upon arrival — please bring them to your vehicles after unloading. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing. Parking registration instructions will be provided in your welcome message.
•Pools, BBQ & Beach: Community pools, grills, picnic area, and the outdoor shower are across West Beach Blvd. Please note there is no crosswalk — use caution when crossing.
•Stairs: The building is on stilts. One flight of stairs required to enter. No elevator.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Before your stay begins, you must complete the following within 24 hours of your reservation start time:

• ID Verification of the booking guest
• Signed Rental Agreement
• Damage Protection Enrollment — $1,000 of coverage included at no extra cost to you

Failure to complete all three steps within 24 hours of your reservation start time will result in cancellation without refund.

House Rules:
• Booking guest must be 25 years or older
• Absolutely no pets — in the unit or anywhere within the HOA. Violation results in immediate removal with no refund
• Guests should bring their own beach towels and beach gear (or rent from Ike's right next door!)
• Parking passes are inside the condo — bring them to your vehicles after unloading

Weather & Cancellations:
Refunds are not offered for inclement weather or natural disasters unless a mandatory evacuation is ordered. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
