We love this neighborhood because it puts you right in the middle of everything Chattanooga has to offer. In less than 10 minutes, you can reach the Chattanooga Zoo, the Tennessee Aquarium, the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and the beautiful Tennessee River.
The area is incredibly convenient to downtown attractions, restaurants, and local coffee shops. Whether you're spending the day exploring the riverfront, visiting UTC, or taking the family to the zoo or aquarium, everything is just a short drive away.
What we enjoy most is how easy it is to experience Chattanooga like a local while still having a comfortable, quiet place to come back to and unwind.
