The Space:

Blue Jay is a private, comfortable desert escape designed for groups who want space to relax, cook, and enjoy desert sunshine. The pool and spa are fully private, and the yard includes shaded lounge areas, an outdoor dining table, and a fire pit with open views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Inside, the kitchen, dining, and living areas all connect, making it perfect for entertaining. Every bedroom is comfortable, quiet, and set up for restful sleep before long pool days or festival nights.



House Rules:

• No parties or unregistered guests

• Respect quiet hours set by the city of Indio (7am-10pm)

• Pool heat available for an additional fee with 48 hour notice

• Please supervise children around the pool at all times

• No smoking



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire home, pool, spa, fire pit, outdoor dining area, and driveway parking. Self check-in is simple with a smart lock. You’ll also receive a digital guest manual through the Breezeway app with instructions, local tips, and all details for using the home.



The Neighborhood:

Wren is located in a quiet Indio neighborhood close to everything: Coachella Festival grounds, Stagecoach, PGA West, Indian Wells, La Quinta restaurants, shopping, hiking, and top golf courses. The area is known for its wide desert views, warm weather, and easy access to the best of the Coachella Valley while still offering privacy and a peaceful stay.



Getting Around:

The property is a 15 minute walk from the Empire Polo Fields.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heat is available for an additional fee per stay. Please request at least 48 hours in advance. We do not heat the pool during June through September. The spa can be heated separately. No parties or large events. Quiet hours are enforced by the city of Indio. Trash is picked up by the city, so guests do not need to take bins to the curb, just remove trash from the kitchen to the outdoor containers.



Interaction with Guests:

Contactless, code entry. Please inquire for early or late check out. You’ll have full privacy during your stay. Our Nest Villas guest team is available anytime by text, phone, or through the Breezeway app if you need anything. We are local and happy to help with recommendations or questions.
