The Space

Welcome to your perfect Bird Rock beach retreat - cozy, and ideally located in one of La Jolla’s most beloved neighborhoods.



As you step inside, you’re greeted by an open and welcoming dining and living area filled with natural light. The layout is comfortable and easy, creating a relaxed space to gather after a day at the beach. The kitchen is compact yet fully equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast, pack a beach picnic, or cook dinner at home.



The home features three bedrooms:

A spacious primary bedroom with a king bed

Two additional bedrooms with full beds

All bedrooms include closet space for easy unpacking and longer stays.



The home offers one full bathroom with a bathtub - perfect for rinsing off after sandy beach days.



The true highlight of this property is the backyard. Lush landscaping surrounds a peaceful outdoor dining area complete with a BBQ, creating a private and quiet setting to enjoy meals, morning coffee, or evening conversations under the trees. It’s the kind of space where vacation memories are made.



Located in prestigious Bird Rock, you’re just a short walk from charming local shops, restaurants, and cafés, while still enjoying the calm and quiet of a residential neighborhood.

This is a Non Smoking home. No smoking allowed.



This home has a maximum occupancy of 5. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.



This home is pet friendly.



For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.



There will be a $40/Night pet fee if brining a Pet. For longer stays you can inquire about our flat weekly and monthly rates.



This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Quiet hours start at 9pm and end at 8am.



Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.

A few minutes’ drive is all that separates it from La Jolla Village, but Bird Rock is a micro-neighborhood unto itself. An easily walkable four-block stretch of La Jolla Boulevard, it has a feel all its own, even boasting one of the most exclusive cups of Java around. By day, discerning coffee drinkers, pastry lovers, and surfers flock to Bird Rock. By noon and night, restaurants and wine bars fill up with gourmands. At any time, take a quick side trip over to the beach, or up to one of San Diego’s dreamiest lookout points.



Getting Around:

It's a very walkable area, however if you want to see different areas of San Diego we suggest to bring or rent a car.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 5 people in beds. You may not exceed that at any time and will be strictly enforced.



We do not allow events or parties at any of our homes. We have a strict policy about noise.



This home is PET FRIENDLY. There will be a pet fee of $40/Night. Ask about Monthly rates.



Baby items are available to rent for an additional charge (high chair and pac-n-play) - $25/Each (Flat Rate)



Boogie Boards are available to rent for an additional charge ($20/Each)



Beach Wagons are available to rent for additional charge: ($35/Each)



Early Check-In's and Late Check-Out's can be requested 1 week prior to check-in - But is not guaranteed - it is based on availability.



Early check in is a $25/Hr fee from 12PM



Late Check out is a $25/Hr fee from 11AM - 2PM



Twin Mattress Rental: $30



Queen Air Mattress Rental: $60
