Whether you’re winding down after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning, this beautiful home provides a fantastic setting. Country Walk is a great waterfront community of with its own marina on the shores of Lake Carrie with access to Lake June, & lake Henry. This clean & bright home built in 2009 still looks like new. Great layout. Open floor plan. High ceiling, French doors open to the back yard & patio. Immaculate landscape. This tranquil setting on Lake Carrie, known for its Spring fed water and sandy bottom is located in Lake Placid "the Town of Murals". A pathway around the community will bring you to an island with a huge covered gazebo for outdoor events. Club house is next to the marina. This is a quiet community, surrounded by a forest full of trails, pure nature; it is not uncommon to see a deer. Fast approval with basic information. This is true paradise.
