Island Reef offers outstanding resort-style amenities. Guests can enjoy two heated swimming pools, one located on each side of the community, with plenty of loungers, tables, and chairs for relaxing poolside. The beach is easily reached via a short boardwalk located just beyond the Gulf-side pool.

Community amenities also include tennis and pickleball courts, fitness centers, shuffleboard courts, grilling patios on both the bay and Gulf sides, and a library, billiards room, and game room. The bayside dock, fishing pier, and kayak launch are currently closed for hurricane repairs and are expected to reopen in May 2026.
