Whether you're traveling with extended family, friends, or multiple families together, everyone will have their own comfortable place to unwind. The open and welcoming layout makes it easy to enjoy time together—perfect for group dinners, game nights, and relaxing after a day at the beach. Large windows and coastal-inspired design create a bright and inviting atmosphere throughout the home. Located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach, you’ll be just moments away from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf (approximately a 10-minute walk), as well as the charming shops, restaurants, and bike paths that make the 30A area so special.



*Pool Heating - Guests must request this service at least 48 hours in advance of their arrival ($100 per day).

**Private Elevator Notice: This home is equipped with a private elevator for your convenience. Please note that the elevator is considered an added amenity and is not essential to the use of the property. While every effort is made to ensure the elevator is in proper working order, mechanical issues can occur without warning. In the event the elevator becomes inoperable before or during your stay, we will make reasonable efforts to have it repaired as quickly as possible. However, repair times are dependent on the availability of specialized elevator service technicians and parts. No refunds, rent reductions, or other compensation will be provided due to the temporary unavailability of the private elevator. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
