Suggestions for future

Loved the condo. Night time noise from Hwy 98 can be a challenge as the drag racers were aplenty. Bathtub/showers need to have grab bars on the walls, for us older folks! Loved the beach and the umbrella and 2 chairs included. Also liked a garage parking space for my car - out of the hot sun!

So clean and perfect size

This was a perfect condo! Communication was super and easy. Check in was fast and easy. It smelled clean the moment we walked in. Everything was pretty and updated. The view of the gulf was gorgeous. The elevators were fast and always working. The condo provided everything that was needed, even extras! I’m so very happy to give this condo a perfect review.

Great Stay!

Unit was exactly as advertised and in a good location, clean, and the views from the balcony were amazing. Pool was big and loved the included beach chair/umbrella service! Would definitely recommend!

It was ok.

We hadn't been to Destin for a while. It has become very busy, but the location was great with a private beach. Two chairs and umbrella in place every day to enjoy. The condo is tight with small bedrooms but certainly adequate.

Family vacation

Everything about the unit was as listed. Very nice. Easy access to the beach. Only issue we had was very first day we got stuck in the elevator for about 20 minutes until the fire dept could get there. Makes for a good memory!

Just what we needed!

We had the best time spending the week here! Condo was just as described and had everything we needed, plus the balcony and view were the best! It was so relaxing and exactly what we needed to get away from it all! Cynthia was responsive and we will definitely be coming back again!

Great stay - just a few things

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here! The condo is cute, clean, and well equipped. The condo building itself was great! The pool and beach are close and convenient. We work out daily and the gym does need some updating. The beach service and parking spot is amazing! The owner was nice and always responded. We did have a few issues. The bathtub had black flakes come out when the jacuzzi jets were on making it unusable. There were a lot of remotes that didn’t go to anything which was very confusing to figure out. The washer and dryer left lint all over our dark clothes despite cleaning it often. The dryer broke a few days in. It was fixed within a few days, but then broke again. It was a pain since we packed minimally knowing there was a washer and dryer. Cynthia was apologetic but it did make our stay a bit stressful. Biggest suggestion is to put blackout curtains in the bedrooms since they have bright lights on the condo that don’t ever turn off. The rooms were very bright making it hard for us to sleep. It was our first time in Destin and it was a wonderful vacation overall!

High Recommend

Exactly as decribe. Communication was on point, any questions I had all I had to do was send a text or call. Beautiful view. Across the street from Merlins pizza so that was good for a late night snack. Will be booking this condo again in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best experience I've had with VRBO. The hostess, Cynthia, was always just a phone call away and very helpful. Such a nice lady. The unit was adorable, open and had high quality amenities. A little slice of paradise

We stayed in September - it was LOVELY! The condo is clean and has nice decor. The kitchen is great, having a washer and dryer is awesome, and two bedrooms/two full bathrooms were perfect for our mother/daughter getaway - but four or five people would be happily comfortable in this condo. The beach is pristine - the quartz versus sand is stunning. What really made this trip easy were the two chairs and umbrella right on the beach that come with this VRBO! The parking space in the garage is really nice too. The location of the condo on the property is great - 4th floor with a beautiful view (right in the middle) it was super quiet (probably partially due to the time of year), easy to access the elevator to the ground floor, then a quick walk through the garage to the pool and/or beach! The outside is very clean/well maintained, it was just steps to the beach. I will definitely be coming back. We needed a place to actually relax and this was the place!

Excellent for my family of 4

Wife and I are in our 40’s, and we have a preteen girl, and a young teenage boy, and this rental was perfect for us. A lot of rules can be annoying to navigate sometimes from the condo complex, however it keeps the environment family friendly, without requiring explanations for adult behaviors that you may have to navigate at other facilities (more frequently observed around Orlando in my experience). Overall, I ultimately appreciated the rules and appreciated the enforcement I observed from the staff and security. This unit has the BEST view, and has plenty enough space for everyone to be comfortable, and spread out, during your stay. Minor imperfections exist, as they would with any unit on the beach, all aesthetic, as everything appeared to function and be well maintained. Overall, we felt clean, comfortable, beach was an elevator ride and a couple hundred steps away. And, parking in the garage is the best (Its limited, but this unit came with a reserved spot, just underneath the room, and across from the elevator)! We’ll be back here, and I will recommend this specific unit to my friends and family looking for a 5-star visit to Destin, FL.

Fantastic condo!!

I can’t say enough about how great this condo was. It had everything we needed for our family. And even some things we weren’t expecting like a closet full of beach goodies (boogie boards, sand toys, etc.) Great location. Great views! Great amenities. Cynthia was amazing and checked in on us throughout our stay. The beach chairs were a HUGE plus. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area!!

Stay in Destin

The condo has an amazing view of the beach with no obstructions. The stay was very comfortable and we weren’t missing anything in the condo. It was very easy to park and very easy to get to the room. The beach access was very easy and the umbrella and chairs included with the room set up by the lifeguard was a great value!! Thank you so much for a great stay!
