If 1-2 people are looking for a simple place to stay in proximity to Seattle, this is a great spot! It is also just up the hill from downtown Renton with restaurants, bars, etc. Parking and check-in are very simple. It is at the end of a neighborhood street. The space is clean and comfortable. Only downsides would be (1) it is an attic space with very low ceilings, (2) it is private enough but definitely feels like you are upstairs in the residents' home, and (3) no real sitting area, but there is an office space with two desktop computers if that is helpful for you. Great space and hosts overall!

As Seattle natives born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, my wife and I have a deep-rooted love for everything this region has to offer. When we aren't hosting, you can usually find us exploring the Cascades—whether we’re skiing in the winter, hiking through alpine meadows in the summer, or camping under the stars.

We take great pride in being local experts and love sharing the "hidden gems" of the area with our guests. Hosting allows us to meet people from all over the world and help them discover why we’ve chosen to call this beautiful corner of the country home. We’re committed to providing a seamless, high-quality stay so you can focus on enjoying your trip.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We fell in love with Renton because it offers the perfect balance of suburban tranquility and urban accessibility. It is truly the "hub" of the Puget Sound. Being just minutes from Sea-Tac Airport makes it incredibly convenient for travelers, yet the neighborhood itself feels like a world away from the hustle and bustle.

What we enjoy most is the vibrant, local energy. The area is packed with an incredible variety of authentic restaurants—ranging from cozy coffee shops to world-class international cuisine—and beautiful waterfront parks. Whether you’re heading into downtown Seattle for a game, visiting the Bellevue tech corridor, or launching a mountain adventure, everything is within reach from this central location.

この宿泊施設の特徴

On clear evenings, you’ll enjoy front-row seats to spectacular sunsets over the Olympic Mountains, complemented by "peak-a-boo" views of Lake Washington and the shimmering skylines of both Seattle and Bellevue. It’s a view that never gets old and provides the perfect backdrop for a glass of wine after a long day of exploring.

Beyond the scenery, we offer an unbeatable strategic location. Situated perfectly between the airport, Seattle, and Bellevue, our property serves as the ultimate "launchpad" for your PNW adventure. We take immense pride in providing a stay that balances high-end comfort with incredible value. Whether you’re here for a high-stakes business trip or a family getaway, Our flexible and inviting space ensures you’re never more than a few minutes away from the best the region has to offer—all while feeling tucked away in your own private retreat.
