Located in Ventura, enjoy what this 1-bedroom studio has to offer. This pleasant space features a queen bed and a full length sofa, long enough and supportive enough to comfortably sleep on, The bathroom includes a soothing shower and a hair dryer for your convenience.

The room includes a kitchenette space has a coffee/tea bar which includes a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, dish ware, cutlery, & kitchen basics.

This located 2 min, from the freeway. 15 min. to Ojai, less then 10 to beaches and down town Ventura. 2 minutes from swimming holes on the Ventura River
We are a few minutes out of town so it is quite with easy street parking and country dark at night.

A beautiful garden setting and a nicely appointed room, completely self-contained . I enjoyed the stay and particularly the view of the islands and ocean in the distance. Also, the stay had two very sweet cats and overall was amazing I recommend this.

We spent a couple of days in Ventura visiting family. We were very happy to have found this booking which met all our expectations. There was a large comfortable room with a very comfortable bed.We understand that the place had been recently remodeled with a very nice new bathroom.There is also a beautiful garden outside with a view of distant hills. There is easy street parking just outside.When we return to visit we hope to stay here again.

When we arrived, we were letdown to find our rental included shared space. The outdoor dining area was actually the front of the house. The table was dusty covered with cobwebs, cluttered miscellaneous items on top, not even cleaned or inviting to sit on or enjoy. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of privacy. There was no AC, so we had to leave the door and window open for cross ventilation. With the door open we felt uncomfortable as there was a window to the main house right outside and people walking by. Trash cans were located right outside our open window above the bed. Once again leaving us in an uncomfortable situation. Since we were already there, we made the most out of the situation. The location turned out to be ideal close to town and the Ventura bike path.
