What a lovely place to stay. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Christy has added many special and thoughtful touches that contribute to the charm of the bungalow. We loved the natural light and the outdoor seating areas....just needed more time to enjoy them! It's a very convenient location for activities/restaurants in Ventura and neighboring towns. We would love to stay again!

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I stayed in this cozy little cottage for three nights and enjoyed every minute. Perfectly comfortable for two people and conveniently close to the things you would want to do in downtown Ventura. Christy makes for a convenient easy check in and was super responsive. Would recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in the area.

Cozy getaway

My husband and I loved the Sleepy Cat Inn. The views were so pretty and the property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We liked how it felt private and safe, but was still a close drive to Main Street. I would happily stay at the property again!

This little bungalow is wonderful!y

It’s a perfect place for two people to stay it is just enough. It’s close to downtown Ventura, the highway and the beach. My grandchild loves to visit the “Little House” and so do we. We plan to stay again in the future.

Lovely stay

Would highly recommend staying in this casita. It is quite a treasure and the owner was very responsive to all correspondence. The beautiful patio offers ocean views and a great place to have breakfast. It was very peaceful and quiet, and we enjoyed sleeping with our windows open to take advantage of the cool ocean breeze. Would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we’re in Ventura.

Nice Location & Host - Property needs To Be Updated

The neighborhood is very nice and the host has been very kind and available. The cottage is cute but needs upgrades especially for the small kitchen area (we had issue with ants coming from a the grout lines of a very old countertop and stove) and bathroom shower. Conclusion: it is a great solution for a short stay and if your need of using the kitchen is limited. You need car to go to downtown but you have beautiful views from up there.
