This clifftop cottage rental is on the Trent Severn Waterway near Severn Falls in Ontario and can accommodate 8 guests. There are three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and offers direct access to the deck. Guests staying in this room will enjoy ensuite privileges including a two-person Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a TV. The third bedroom has a full-size bed and a set of twin bunk beds as well as a TV—the ideal room for the kids. These two rooms share the second full bath with a tub/shower combination. Linens and towels are provided.



The open concept living space features a living room, kitchen, and a dining area, and the accommodation is open and bright with tall post and beam ceilings and lots of natural light. The living room offers plenty of seating and is the perfect place to cozy up by the warmth of the wood-burning stove to watch some evening TV or a movie. The kitchen is a unique mix of industrial and modern with a touch of vintage. It comes fully-equipped with everything guests will need for meal prep and dining. The dishwasher can handle the clean-up while guests retire to the deck so as not to miss the stunning sunset. The dining area can easily handle large gatherings of up to 8 and the breakfast bar offers informal seating for two.



The cottage is fronted on two sides with a large deck, offering views clear through to the glistening waters of the river. There is a covered BBQ area and an outdoor dining table for six. The trees surrounding the property offer privacy and shade and as well as a perfect place to hang a hammock. The yard is spacious and offers a great place for the kids to play or for some outdoor games. The firepit sits at the cliff's edge and is set with Adirondack chairs and there is a stairway leading down to the water where guests will find a private dock. There are a canoe and kayak for guests' use.



This is a year-round accommodation, so the heating and wood-burning stove are ideal for the cold Northern Ontario winters. There is good cell phone reception and there are plenty of spots nearby that are equipped with Wi-Fi if necessary.



Guests can park on the property and are welcome to bring boats or other recreational vehicles.
