Compass Bay resort is a gated community located over Poinciana Blvd. between SR 535 and US 192, that offers a quick access to the major highways such as Osceola Parkway, Greeneway 417, I-4, and International Drive. The resort features two gazebos with picnic areas and BBQ's, two kids' playgrounds, and a great heated swimming pool. Ideal accommodation option for both family vacation and business trips.

On the ground floor guests can find a great open space that integrates the living-dining areas with a gourmet kitchen facing the private courtyard and hot tub.

On the upper floor there are four modernly furnished bedrooms that offer accommodation for up to 9 guests: Master Bedroom w/ KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom. Master (2) w/ QueenSize bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom (3) w/ FullSize bed and walk-in closet, and Bedroom (4) w/ Bunk bed (Twin-Over-Twin plus Twin Trundle). Washer/Dryer area and a shared bath.

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
