Overall great experience even with unforeseeable issues. Totally recommend for families with kids. Host was communicative and accommodating when AC unit issues arrose with the property. The community pool was shutdown during our stay, which we learned only when arriving at the property. Not a huge deal but would be nice to know in advance.

My family of 4 and my parents stayed for two weeks in June. The location was great, check in was easy, and communication with Mark was great. The inside of the home is smaller than I expected, but decent. The real problem was cleanliness. It could use a good cleaning and the bathroom at the top of the stairs does not drain well. Getting over that, it was a pretty good place to stay. Loved walking around the complex and the pool area was fun.

Seven Dwarfs

There was no additional Toilet Paper or trash bags if even just one . The coffee pot does not automatically shut off which is a fire hazard . The first floor bathroom toilet seat I think is supposed to be accessible but it’s the wrong size so it’s a janky .

Great stay

The property was great. The location was easy for us to go to Disney, Universal Studios and a Magics game. I love how quiet and peaceful it was. The house setup was great. It was nice to be able to separate ourselves from each other for downtime.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The host is very nice and communicates quickly! We usually stay at this complex a few times a year and I think this was our favorite villa so far! We will definitely stay here again.

Room for improvement

The location was great for the parks, an easy 15-20 minute drive to all parks and Disney springs, near Target and Sam’s Club for groceries. Neighborhood is very nice with several amenities in a gated community. However, the unit itself was dirty and a little uninviting. There were a few minor differences between the pictures and the unit itself. There was a lack of communication as well as we went without AC for two days. Fortunately, it was colder than usual for Florida weather. Overall not a bad experience but room for improvement.

Everything the Family needed!!

We totally enjoyed the property. Mark was great with communication and flexibility. The property location was near all of our activities. The property has access to a community pool, hottub, game room, fitness center and tiki bar. Will definitely stay again if we visit Orlando again.

We really enjoyed starting at The Villas at Seven Dwarf! The place was super clean and so much better than staying at a hotel. Convenient to Disney!

Family Reunion

Overall our stay was fine. Issue was getting into the unit . The host emailed my entry info but i did not see it. It was in my spam email and it looked like a ad solicitor. I tried to get a hold of the host but no comtact. Had to call emergency number given on the lock box. The person i contacted was kind of rude and unnecessarily called me a liar. All uncalled for. I was not blaming anyone for the mixup. I just wanted some help. Anyway once we were in the unit, everything was fine. The only thing i would suggest is more towels, especially some pool towels. There was only 1. 1 towel for 6 people. Not good. Beds were comfortable, and property was clean. Clubhouse was close by and pool area was very nice. All in all a solid stay.

World Cheer Competition

This property was exactly as advertised. Clean and affordable in a gated community with activities to keep the kids happy. Our daily commute to the Orange County Convention Center was a breeze. The property manager was very responsive and great to work with.

Great Place Great Location

Everything was wonderful! The Villa is Fabulous! Only thing that could be done to make it perfect is add shuffleboard courts. Last year we stayed in a unit with updated kitchen and bathroom vanities and top notch furniture. This year we had a unit that had lower end furniture and dated kitchen, vanities and surfaces but still would stay again. I am very particular, most would give it a 5star I think!

Not meant for long stays: Sleeps 8, seats 4

Upstairs master bathroom - the toilet ran constantly so we needed to shut the door at night. All closets only have 4 hangers in each. Main floor: master bathroom, the toilet also ran but not as bad as the upstairs. The closet door was off its hinges. The kitchen: the refrigerator light was out, we replaced the bulb. The light connection is loose so the light goes out and you need to fiddle with it to work. The fridge is missing a shelf and the vegetable container sliders are broken so it's difficult to slide the drawer in and out. Also in the freezer section there is no shelf and the ice cube maker leaks forming a block of ice. The toaster was not working but that has been replaced. Lack of pots and pans. Only 3 glasses. No kettle. Dead batteries in the clock and TV controls. The living room patio door lock is broken and there is a wooden bar to keep it closed. The screen door is off its hinges and we are unable to fix it. Also the vertical blinds are missing some slates and the curtains are too narrow to cover the window. The lawn chair was broken and was replaced after 3 weeks of complaining. No mop nor vacuum to clean the place. This place is not meant for long stays. Dryer and furnace filters had not been cleaned in years. Had to wash all kitchen cupboards and top of fridge. Hadn't been clean in the last year. Would never stay in this unit again. Lack of service from Reifun Vacations and owner.

Quick Kissimmee weekend

Nice big space in a nice development. While we didn't use them, nice amenities. Management communication was good and well executed electronically. Property, as would be expected in a high traffic resort area, is a touch dated and some wear issues, but nothing that took away from our stay and the functionality. And, quite in line with the price point, as this is a lot of nice space for the money.

Great family stay!

We went to Universal and Epcot, this was a great location! And plenty of room for the whole family! The only thing I’d change, since the big jetted tub doesn’t work(knew that beforehand) is it would probably be better to convert to a shower. At least as far as climbing in to take a shower. Maybe during a hotter season a cool bath might be desired, but the pool is just a few doors down. I wish we had stayed longer to take advantage of all the amenities this property has available! And the gentleman at the gate that helped us locate the property was fantastic! Super nice and very informative! All in all we had a great time! Would highly recommend!

Horrible!

The place looked almost nothing like the photos. The apartment was dirty, there was stickiness on the oven top, dirt on the front of the oven, and the inside of the oven was dirty too. The microwave was broken and needed to be ran quite a few times in order to heat up food. The jets in the downstairs hot tub was broken. The front panel of the bathtub in the downstairs bathroom would flap open randomly which was terrifying. There were stains on the bedsheets in the downstairs bedroom. There was mold on the caulk in the upstairs bathroom on the bathtub. We couldn't find any hand soap in critical locations. The inside of the fridge and dishwasher were dirty and had something sticky in it too. The tray holding the cutlery had food particles, dust, and other debris. The beautiful cream couches in the photo were covered with fleece couch covers that were itchy, smelly, and kept coming off. In fact, the entire place smelled horribly, I had to spray perfume in order to not vomit. Half of our party had terrible allergic reactions, woke up with sore throats, stuffy noses, terrible congestion, each eyes, etc. The lights barely work or lit the place up. The TV barely worked, we had to watch on our laptop because the remote was terrible. I could go on and on, but we didn't have time for a last minute change of plans. And with college aged kids on our trip and NYE we couldn't risk looking for other options without being refunded for this.

Great for multi generation family get together

The townhouse was great and so were the grounds and the gate security. This trip we had 2 generations traveling. The downstairs master was perfect for the older grandparents that can't do steps very well. Beds/pillows were nice. We all slept well. The middle bedroom upstairs has a flood light outside that stays on all night. If you are a light sleeper, might need to cover the window with a towel, as the blinds didn’t seem to block it completely. My 20 year olds didn’t care at all! Kitchen had ample cups, plates, utensils. Location was convenient. Lots of restaurants and even mini golf nearby. Will stay again!
