Private: property 1'200 m2, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking on the premises. Grocery 6 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 6 km, bar 5 km, bus stop 8 km, railway station "Castellammare del Golfo" 9 km, sandy beach "Castellammare del Golfo" 8 km, shingle beach "Guidaloca" 5 km, rocky beach "Case Ciauli" 4 km.
