Overall, our stay was good. As with previous guests' comments, the check-in communication was terrible and late. I had to send a request the day of check-in while traveling by train from Prague. When I finally got the check-in instructions, they were in German. I requested the instructions to be sent again in English, but no reply (ever). I had to copy and paste into my notes and translate them myself.
Apart from the terrible communication of the host, the apartment was very comfortable and in a prime location. We walked or rode the metro and trams everywhere. There was a great grocery store about 3 blocks away and several good restaurants and cafes on the actual street and in Stephansplatz and Michealsplatz areas.
Bring your own shampoo, body wash, etc. There are no extra amenities or welcome treats here. The toaster didn't work properly. The Wi-Fi was SUPER SLOW. But there were plenty of dishwasher pods and laundry detergent available. Also, plenty of towels and bedding available. I'd stay here again just because of the location! If you walk down the street you can see the Lipizzaner horses in their stables!
