Great apartment with great hosts

The apartment was perfect for the three of us and quite comfortable. Close to easy public transportation and plenty of helpful hints and travel tips from the hosts.

A perfect stay

The property was even better than the description on the web-site. It was perfect for two couples with spacious accommodation. The location was very good, quiet in the suburbs but with easy public transport connections to everywhere we wanted to go, and shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Spacious and comfy

Very large and naturally cool as there is no AC but none needed for our stay. Great kitchen and private separate quarters. Comfy couches. Good nearby beer pub and several grocery stores.

Beautiful Location

We enjoyed a beautiful visit to Vienna The apartment is beautiful. The location is a bit outside the city, but close to S Bahn and U Bahn we would recommend it. Thanksti Christian and Stephanie.

Great stay in Vienna

We really enjoyed our. stay in Vienna. Stephanie and Christian were great hotes and the appartment was amazing. What you see is what you get and even better. Location is good, just minutes away from the train station. Grocery stores and restaurants are just 5-6 minutes walk.

5 nights in Vienna

We loved our stay, spacious apartment, kitchen well-stocked with gear, lovely patio, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms gave us plenty of room. Very easy to get tram into downtown; buy 7-day tourist pass online, not available at kiosk, and you will have access to the excellent public transit at all times. Christian is on-site, and is very helpful

Perfect Family Stay

This apartment was perfect for our family. It was spacious, had two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It was located close to most modes of transportation into the city. They had on property parking for an additional fee. Christian was extremely helpful with ideas for places to see, directions, and even helped book us a reasonable taxi to the airport. We would highly recommend this property and will stay here again!

Great location and apartment

Lovely, quiet and clean apartment. When we travel with friends we always look for a place with 2 bathrooms and two bedrooms which this place has. And the kitchen dining living area was great. We used public transportation every day and it was quick and easy to the old town and also Schonbrun palace. A great place to stay. The property manager was very helpful. He helped us plan our route to the train station for our departure. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Spacious and comfortable! That said our favourite part of the unit was the terrace. While a bit of distance from major attractions, the metro is close by and with a little research will get you everywhere you want to go. If you are staying for any length of time (we were 5 days) buy a week pass and you will more than get your monies worth. Many thanks to Christian and Stephanie…our very helpful and gracious hosts.

City Apartment for Families

Large enough for 8 and close enough to downtown. Clean and modern. Close to tram, bus and train transportation. It took about 20 mins on the tram to get downtown and about 20 mins on the bus to get to Schönbrunn Palace. The on-site property manager was extremely helpful and provided great information about getting around, the sites, and to help answer questions we had.

Great getaway in Vienna

Stephanie and Christian were excellent hosts. Due to our flight schedule they were gracious in accommodating an early check-in and late check-out. They provided printed information for touring Vienna. The apartment was spacious, clean, beautifully furnished and loaded with everything needed. The secluded, private garden was charming. The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to nearby trams and trains. A perfect place to stay while in Vienna.

Outside the city center but public transportation nearby

We loved this apartment in Vienna. Public transportation was a short walk away so we bought the pass and used the train/subway system about 80% of the time. Uber’s were also easy to use when we needed them (dressed up for a Mozart concert so heels and walking were not happening.) We used the kitchen some and it had all the amenities we needed. We walked to dinner or breakfast places recommended by Christian. We would stay at this apartment again.

Fantastic property in Vienna

We had a fantastic stay here in August. It was a pleasure communicating with the property managers and check in was easy. The apartment itself was huge and beautiful! It was beautifully furnished and the kitchen was wonderful. Everything was great quality. We had excellent quality electric fans to help with the hot weather. This apartment also came with a private patio that was beautiful, private and quiet despite being in the middle of the city. I would love to stay here again. It was a wonder experience to have such a luxury and spacious apartment in such a beautiful city. We could have stayed much longer than three days!

Spacious, clean and great for families! Highly recommended!

Truly lovely place to take residence for a few days when visiting Vienna and the surrounding area. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to public transport to the city center and Schonnbrunn Palace. Very responsive proprietors helped us find a place for my husband to get a haircut locally and to buy extra luggage - available via email all day. Great recommendations for local restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean, modern, had all the amenities needed for an extended stay, and had so much room for our entire family. The private garden was a lovely place to eat our breakfast and relax after a long day of sightseeing. Christian was an excellent host and we will be back next time we visit Vienna. Tip: if you are all "schnitzeled" out from an extended stay in Austria there is a wonderful Greek restaurant around the corner with fantastic food - there was so much to choose from and we wanted to try all so the waiter recommended a meat platter, vegetarian platter and seafood platter - ALL delicious!

Tolles Appartement mit sehr netten Gastgebern. Alles vorhanden und schön zentral gelegen. Der Fernsehr ist ein wenig klein und keine Streaming Funktion. Rest alles perfekt.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung ist spitze, sehr sauber und geräumig. Schöne, wertige Einrichtung. Für eine Ferienwohnung sicherlich über Standard. Die Eigentümer sind mega-freundlich und hilfsbereit. Völlig unkomplizierte und relaxte Abwicklung. Wenn man mit dem eigenen Wagen anreist, würde ich empfehlen, einen Garagenplatz vor Ort mit hinzuzunehmen (Unter der Woche ist die Ferchergasse Kurzparkzone). Wir haben vor, im nächsten Jahr wiederzukommen.

Sehr schöne FEWO in idealer Lage zu S-Bahn, Bim, Jörgerbad und Weinbergen.

Diese Wohnung ist toprenoviert und ideal für Reisen als Gruppe von 2 Familien. Es ist alles vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne mal wieder.

Great time!

A group of 8 of us stayed in this apartment while in Vienna doing the 1/2 marathon. It was a perfect place to stay - roomy enough for 8 and super well equipped!! The location couldn't have been better - really close to the excellent transportation system and we had great meals in many of the local restaurants. Christian provides an extensive list of what is available in the area which was very helpful. Thanks for everything Christian!

Amazing!!!

This apartment is simply amazing. 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, really well furnished and maintained. The garden is really cute and private. The location is great, 1 block from the fast train that takes you at the next stop to the metro station. Really easy to use and cheap. Stephanie and Christian are such great hosts. They are always available/reachable and will give you all the information you need for your stay. We highly recommend this apartment for your stay in beautiful Vienna!
