This inviting vacation home forms half of a semi-detached house and awaits you on a magnificent and 3 hectare estate with meadow, forest, private swimming pool, jacuzzi and trampoline. The living areas are spread over several floors and you will find space in five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a modern kitchen, a dining room, an activity room and a separate toilet.

Spend your vacation on the terraces with panoramic views of the vineyards or sunbathing on the sun loungers by the pool. In the hot summer months the pool offers perfect cooling.

The vacation home is located about 10 km from Pézenas and 30 km from the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean. You can also enjoy many cultural and sporting activities such as hiking.
