Hi Noah, Thank you for your comments. We are pleased that you enjoyed both the location and the views from the terrace, and that you found the property manager helpful and flexible. We regret that there were some aspects of your stay that did not live up to your expectations, and we would like to use this opportunity to address the points you have raised. Your host Roberta, and our team, were available during your whole stay, and we did not receive any message, email nor phone call from you regarding any of the issues you have mentioned. We have spoken with her and she tells us that the fridge was working perfectly, as was the wi-fi, which is strong enough for remote working/video calls, and which reaches all 5 floors of the building. Cleanliness is very important to her and she supervises it personally. The apartment is cleaned thoroughly prior to every new arrival, without exception. Should it not be perfect, she will be happy to recall the cleaners, if you make her aware at the time. During your stay, the outside temperatures were unusually high, around 40°, so humidity/mildew was not present. The sofa beds are not broken, and function as they should; the throws on them are to protect them and are cleaned regularly. There is a dishwasher and all the dishes are checked and put away clean for the next arrival. Most holiday apartments are self-catering so not all products that may be needed during your stay, are provided. Some basics are given to help you settle in and the list of amenities in the advert, reflects this. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back to a Bookiply property again soon.
