We are ideally located between the two best beaches in Kona "Magic Sands (white sand beach) 1.7 miles and Kahalu'u black sand beach, 2.8 miles (the most popular snorkel beach along the coast)and Kona town with all the restaurants and shops, 1.5 mi away)

all new furniture, decor, shower door etc.
Our beautiful little gem just got a makeover! This is a new listing that hasn’t been on the rental market in over ten years! We updated kitchen, new white quartz counters, backsplash and Keurig coffee maker with latte frother, new retro toaster/oven, spices, appliances, dishes etc. New custom glass half shower door, all new furniture including a new sectional with chaise lounge and large ottoman to sleep extra guests. Freshly painted in coastal colors. Two new comfy chairs with ottomans for oversized Lanai. All new decor, rugs, some new lighting, brand new top of the line king mattress and new high end bedding, pillows, all new custom blinds with blackout in curtains in bedroom. (New custom blinds coming mid to late April). We love to make our place comfortable, inviting and beautiful!

This lil beauty "Aloha Hale Nalu" (Hello House of Waves) is one of the most beautiful spots we could find on the Big Island! (or anywhere) We wanted to be right on the water to enjoy sea life and privacy with no one walking in front of our unit, (no cars, units, building noise or people) and its the closest we could find. The sea life, ocean breeze and sound of the ocean is amazing here! You can see all the way down the coast and never miss a sunset. Panoramic views! Lots of cross ventilation with updated windows.

*Easy access-You have a one story, top floor ocean front views, with no one above you AND easy access. It is quick walk from our private garage and only three stairs to access our place! Very rare to have top floor views and not a ton of stairs in Kona or anywhere for that matter. I have looked. This is a gated small complex, close to parking and private garage filled with beach, and snorkel gear too. Umbrella, beach blanket, cooler, beach bags, beach towels etc.

It's truly the best location in this boutique, quiet, Hawaiian style complex and one of the best on the island! No commercial property next to you. Only a beautiful home with private pool (no one is hardly ever there and much quieter then being next to complex pool) and miles of coastline both ways. The only thing you hear is ocean. This is an end unit with lots of light and a large Lanai, which is super hard to find here! We have searched for years! We love the airflow here with extra, updated windows (no levor windows) and great sea air flow throughout. So hard to find! We don't like AC, and could never find a place with good, cool air flow and great updated windows, (no levers) but here it is! We are so close to the ocean, you can even feel the spray sometimes. We have an AC unit in the master for sleeping if you need it and cools down nicely. The ocean breeze here will keep you cooler all year long.

You can see the ocean from all rooms including the Master from the king size bed! Open up the door and windows for more air flow when you don't want AC and even better ocean waves.
We will have blackout curtains and blinds in the master and there is an access door outside with a screen door you can lock if you wish to keep open for even more air flow and even better view.
Our new furnishings are high end (including new high end mattress and box springs). The renovation is complete but will constantly make it nicer as that's what we do. Custom blinds in mid to late April and we just finished the kitchen island with waterfall edge both sides as well as the desk area received new quartz counters and back splash in master bedroom and has blackout curtains now and blinds will be blackout in master only.

We are only 1.5 miles to Kona town which have many tours, boat trips, shops and restaurants, bars etc. We walk as much as possible there. We are just far enough from the hustle and bustle and noise and close enough for conveince. There is a farmers market with shops right across the street and a convenience store a block away. Costco is on the way from the airport and the closest grocery store is Safeway and Walmart is 2.7 miles away. Keauhou shopping center is less crowded, and is 3.5 miles away with many restaurants and shops and around ten minutes away with free parking, groceries, shops, pharmacy, post office, etc.
Keauhou Bay is also ten minutes away with the famous Manta Ray swim, snorkel tours, sunset cruises etc, which can get from downtown Kona as well. Shorter boat ride from Bay.

*Salt water pool. There is a saltwater Public pool just north of us, we walk. It's nice to get in the ocean water whenever we want.
We also have a pool at our complex.

*Downtown Kona offers it all! 1.5 miles away and offers many tours, shopping etc! A must see.

It's an ideal location all around!

Also if you don't want to rent a car, the trolley stops often in front of our place to go to town etc and there are bikes to rent all along Alii Dr.
*We have one designated parking spot and a private garage (very rare in Kona or anywhere) with storage for beach gear etc! We have boogie boards, snorkel gear, a wagon, beach blanket and towels, Frisbee, foot ball, beach game, cooler, ulbrella.
We are about ten miles and twenty minutes from the airport in Kona and a nice easy drive.

You will love this vacation spot and we make our places like home with all the modern conviences and extras. Looking forward to hosting you!

Our comfy sectional couch for extra guests with chaise lounge and large ottoman in living room for extra sleeping space is more comfy than sofa bed.

No smoking, loud music, parties or pets. Thank you for being considerate of our other guests and owners here.

You will have our personal touch and we answer right away, if you need anything, instead of a property manager, who aren't always available. I am available by phone, text or email anytime and Alycea, is on island if anything comes up.

If you need a beautiful larger place, we have another three bedroom, three bath unit at Kanaloa which is a larger resort with 3 pools and 3 jacuzzi's, tennis and pickle ball courts and you can see how nice we renovate our places. I am a retired hospice nurse and energy healer. I believe in making your dreams come true and having a condo on the ocean is a lifelong dream! I lived in San Diego for over 25 years, as a Realtor/investor and love the ocean and especially Hawaii. I grew up in Michigan and was always on one of the lakes there! Being on or near the water is my healing space. Met my wonderful husband Steve in Arizona and married in 2018. We live in Prescott AZ, but visit our beautiful condo with our grandkids and family as often as possible, as there is nothing like the sea breeze, beautiful weather, beaches and Hawaiian hospitality. I feel wonderful there and I am sure you will too! We hope you enjoy our beautiful condo as much as we do! We used to own and manage a couple airbnb's in Solana Beach, CA, but have always wanted to have a place in Hawaii, so here we are! We pride ourselves in having our guests feel comfortable, at home and having a wonderful and relaxing vacation with everything you need like home! The Big Island, with lots of open land and is special, grounding, and not as crowded as others. Enjoy!

Close to town, but away from the noise and hustle and bustle. Close to popular beaches and trolley as we don't like to drive sometimes when we are here. We walk often. Love the farmers market and convenience store close by as well as the salt water pool a block away, that flows into the ocean.
The privacy and abundance of natural light and airflow can't be beat!
