- Use all the cookware that you like, just kindly wash it and return it to it’s proper location.
- Please put trash in trash bags and put in trash bin located at the side of the house behind gate by garage.
*For guests checking out on or staying on or through Wednesday : Make sure you trash in the bins Tuesday night. Valet Service will pull bins out and place them back Wednesday.
- Set the thermostat at whatever makes you comfortable (within reason), just return it at 75 degrees when you leave the house during the summer months. During winter months, please leave on 64.
-If using the Casita please make sure dehumidifier hose is in the shower and shower door is not shut/pinching hose so that it can drain properly.
- Turn off all interior and exterior lights when not in use and when you check out.
- Take everything out of the house that you brought with you when you check out. This includes left over food.
- Please clean the grill and griddle before you leave.
- If you move any of the patio furniture, pool float, and patio umbrella`s please return it to its original location when you check out.
- This is a NO SMOKING HOME.
- Do not bring sandy footwear and clothing into the house. Please use the outdoor shower before entering the house when returning from the beach or fishing.
- Do not leave food in the house when you check out.
- Do not leave windows & doors open.
- Do not use bath towels outside, at the beach or in boats. They are for bathing use only. Beach/pool towels and fishing towels are provided for your use.
- Do not try to open the Owner’s Closet or cabinets.
- Do not clean fish inside the house. A fish cleaning station is located on dock.
- Do not fry turkeys in the house.
- Do not put potato peels, watermelon rinds, bones, or other large items down the sink/garbage disposal. You will be charged a $75 service fee.
-Abide with all TPW (Texas Parks and Wildlife) Laws and regulations for use of water equipment and fishing gear.
-Absolutely NO pets allowed. There is a $250 fine PER animal if seen at property.
