Welcome to the Pier Pleasure II! This newly built waterfront 3 bedroom home on Copano Bay is the perfect place to spend time relaxing whether you are fishing off the private fishing pier or watching the unforgettable sunsets. A lighted fishing pier with green lights and a charcoal grill makes this home the perfect place to catch and cook your next fish.

This home is an open concept with a fully equipped kitchen, an island with seating, a dining table, and a living area which makes it a great place to spend time with family and friends. The living room has a huge TV, perfect to watch your favorite sports team. On one side of the main living area is a primary bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanity and a large shower. On the other side is a short hall with two bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom. The living room couch is also a queen sleeper sofa.

Amazing house and servie

The property is immaculate and located on the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean and watch the sunset. it is a short trip to town, but still remote enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. The customer service was amazing! I accidentally left my computer behind and they got it sent out to me overnight the next day. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed everything about our stay. Extremely clean. Close to some very tasty restaurants and an HEB for groceries. Pier was nice and sturdy. Did lots of fishing and some catching. What you see on the listing is what you get. We had a great stay. Thank you

Perfect place for our family!

The location was awesome! We loved being so close to the water and able to fish right out the back door. The home was clean, perfectly stocked and well-appointed. Communication with the property management company was great...they were very easy to work with. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Property

This was a great place to stay, fish and relax. We loved the house and pier. The property was very clean and well stocked. We had everything needed for a great stay and I definitely will book this house again in the future. We loved staying at this property!

Beautiful house!

Had a wonderful relaxing trip. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Close enought to everything we were looking for. Bonus points for the first aid kit, after a small fishing incident! Would definitely book again!

Wonderful and Peaceful

The amenities were great, fishing was fun for the whole family. The kids had fun watching the dolphins surface close to the pier. Everything was expected. Thanks for a peaceful time.

Outstanding

The whole thing was very nice and we enjoyed our stay, we did find out that our future trips will probably need to be on a lower elevation. My wife and I , neither of us are in the greatest shape, between her arthritic knees and my being out of shape in our 60’s. The stairs were more of a challenge than we have ever had. The pier was very nice we fished every night and our son came and stayed a couple of days and worked from the house. We caught a lot of trout, but all undersized , but it was fun. We have been a ms kittys customer for past 12 yrs and found that the service fees seem to have gotten to high for our taste. The house is very very very nice!!!!!!

When you have finished exploring the shops, try one of the local restaurants or local winery in this area. The Rockport Beach, Little Bay, Rockport Harbor, and the festival grounds are less than seven miles.
