Copano Bay Waterfront | Private Lighted Fishing Pier

Welcome to Pier Pleasure II, a modern bayfront stilt home located directly on Copano Bay. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is a great fit for families, friends, fishing trips, and extended coastal stays.

The main living area is open and comfortable, making it easy for everyone to gather. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, island seating, and everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. The dining area and living room flow together, with a large TV that is perfect for movies, relaxing, or watching your favorite sports team.

Sleeping arrangements include:
• Primary bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom
• Two guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed
• Queen sleeper sofa in the living room
• Two full bathrooms
• Sleeps up to 8 guests

The primary bathroom includes a dual vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. The two queen bedrooms share the home’s second full bathroom.

Outside, enjoy coffee, cocktails, or sunset views from the covered deck overlooking Copano Bay. The private lighted pier is a favorite feature, with overhead lighting and underwater green fishing lights that help attract fish after dark. A charcoal grill is also provided for easy outdoor meals or cooking the day’s catch.

Great weekend getaway!

Our family had a great time here! We were able to fish right off the pier and relax on the porch. It was the perfect size for our group of 5 and was a short drive to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

Pier Pleasure II is located directly on Copano Bay, approximately 5 miles from Fulton Mansion and nearby restaurants and about 6 miles from downtown Rockport’s shops and dining along South Austin Street.

Rockport Beach, Little Bay, Rockport Harbor, and the festival grounds are all less than 7 miles away. Guests can enjoy a quiet waterfront setting while staying close to local beaches, restaurants, shops, attractions, and events.
