Tenants: YOU
Occupancy: Tenant agrees that the premises shall be occupied by no more 8 people. NO ONE under the age of 25 is allowed in this house unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Families are welcome. Tenant agrees that the premises will not be occupied by minors unless an adult of 25 years of age or older is present.
Noise: Tenant agrees the unreasonable noise or disturbance may result in eviction.
No Shoes allowed inside the house.
On check out day, 11am, please put all towels and bedsheets in the living room.
Smoking: Tobacco and MARIJUANA smoke or use is prohibited and strictly enforced. A $500 cleaning fee will be accessed. Smoking is only allowed outside and Marijuana by state law is only allowed in secured areas (backyard).
Care of the Premises: Tenant agrees to promptly notify Owner of any necessary repair. Tenant agrees to return premises to Owner, on expiration of this lease, in good condition. The Tenant agrees to notify the Owner of any and all damages, and agrees to pay for any breakage or damage done by the Tenant and/or his/her guests to the property, furnishings and equipment.
Right of Entry: Owners (or a representative appointed by Owners) reserve the right to enter the premises at reasonable hours of the day for the purpose of inspection, whenever necessary to make repairs and alterations to the premises, or to show to workmen or contractors, with advance notification to Tenant whenever possible.
Vehicles/Parking: Maximum of 3 cars and 2 must be inside the garage at all times. Overnight street parking is prohibited.
We were in town for a wedding and this house was the perfect gathering place for family and friends. The house is really beautiful and spacious and close to Red Rocks and many other fun destinations in the Denver area. The backyard and firepit were especially lovely. Jorge made it easy for us to check in and out. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to enjoy your stay in Denver in style!

My (extended) family stayed for 5 nights and the house was perfect for our needs. We flew into Denver for a wedding near the house. There are plenty of shops and food within easy driving distance. Our furthest excursion was Garden of the Gods which was about an hour away.The 3.5 bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. We utilized the kitchen, both living rooms, laundry, and the outdoor patio. The kitchen was well stocked so we didn’t have to run the dishwasher after every meal. The host was very communicative leading up to the trip and when I reached out while we were there.I would recommend packing slippers with grips for the hardwood flooring. And ear plugs if you’re not all on the same sleep schedule. Neighborhood was very quiet - just some squeaky floors and not much carpet to absorb sound. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in Littleton at this rental property. The location worked perfect for our concert at Red Rocks. I think we were home in less than 20 minutes leaving the parking lot. The check in process worked well. The bedrooms were great. The home is located in a very quiet suburban neighborhood. We would consider staying there again when traveling to another concert.We also highly recommended eating at Angelo’s/Carboy restaurant for dinner and Lake House for lunch.
