A totally renovated photography studio, circa 1892! Enjoy the cozy warmth and simplicity characterized by a modern farmhouse style and decor, original pine floors and exposed brick walls. We have 3 bedrooms each with their private bath. Step out your door into the downtown Historic District of Herman and within minutes of walking distance to Amtrak, restaurants, wineries, distilleries, shopping and the Trolley service. Our guesthouse was designed with your comfort and convivence in mind.

We grew up in the area and living rural on a cattle operation, our appreciation for
Historic Herman has intensified through all the recent enhancements and
preservation in recent years. Realizing Hermann truly is a very special place, drove
our desire and long search to own a Historic building in Hermann MO. We feel very
fortunate to be able to end our search in March 2026 with the purchase of such a
well preserved and quality crafted remodel, completed by the Hart family known as
Studio 1892 Guesthouse. Looking so forward to hosting and developing relationships with our guest!
