Please be advised, this property DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. We arrived at the property a little after 5 pm and the house was scorching hot - 85 degrees on the main floor and well into the 90s on the upper floor bedrooms (see pictures). When we reached out to the host, we were informed that AC was not a listed amenity and that we should open some door and turn on fans. At that time it was still about 85 outside so this would have had minimal impact. It was so unbearable that we had to leave the property.Maybe it was our fault for assuming that a house at this price point would have air conditioning (it actually did have air conditioning but it was either inoperable or disabled), however the host could have been more forthcoming in their description. In either case the house was not fit for occupancy. Additionally it seems that the photos are AI generated/modified. We found the house to be dingy, with pet fur on the floors and furniture. There were also construction projects underway in the yard. We would recommend going somewhere else.
