This unit is managed by The Seasons At Attitash Resort
Check in and out at the front desk, no need to mail keys, or pick the keys elsewhere on your way.
Your rental includes all linens AND cleaning costs. No hidden fees.

This is a top floor Penthouse unit, a two bedroom condo with an upstairs sleeping loft and air conditioning, that is located in the upper section of the property. The condo will sleep up to 10 people with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, 2 twin beds and 1 sets of twin bunkbeds in the loft. There are 2 private decks accessible from the condo, one on the lower level off the living room has forest views and one on the upper level off the loft has a forest view. There are 2 mini-split air conditioning units, one in the master bedroom and one in the loft area. This well appointed condo is very cozy and family friendly. As with all of our Penthouses it has a fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining area and 2 private bathrooms. This is a Dog Friendly condo for travelers, subject to fees.

The times are defined by the towns ordinance. Keep noise & heavy foot traffic to a minimun from 10 pm to 8 am daily.
No Smoking/Vaping inside condos, only outside and 25 ft away from building. Marijuana is not legal in NH and will not be tolerated on the property.
There are approved dog condos. Subject to daily fee of $15 per dog and a $100 non-refundable laundering/damage fee added to your reservation.
