Main Level: Features a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with a classic clawfoot tub. The den includes a full-size bed, serving as an optional 4th bedroom.

Upper Level: Includes the Master (King), Guest Room 1 (Queen), Guest Room 2 (Two Twins), and a second bathroom.

Porch Living: Relax on the front porch swing or rocking chairs and enjoy the Garden District's quiet charm.

What an amazing house and host! This house is probably the best rental house we have stayed in. The house is so cute, comfy and welcoming and all the little extra touches were so thoughtful. Will definitely stay here again.

House was stocked with things I didn’t even know I wanted but needed! Beautiful and maintained house with a great location. Walked back from the ice cream store and got home before we even finished our cones! It’s that close. Great lawn games and gathering space outside. Communication was great and timely. Would definitely stay again.

So accommodating and makes the stay extra special!

I went for my bachelorette since the property is a short walk to the main strip and other restaurants and bars. The host was super communicative and even set out special additions to help us celebrate!

This home was amazing! The kitchen was well appointed. Coffee station was fabulous! The clawfoot tub was relaxing! There are games and movies to use! The hosts thought of everything! A wonderful time was had by my friends and I!

Amazing location and house. Hosts were amazing and great to communicate with. Highly recommend. Hot tub was a plus after a long day of golf.

Great house, perfect location

We had a great stay in CdA. The house was beautiful and had all we needed. The yard was beautifully maintained and came with lawn games, fire pit, hot tub, chairs, and more. There are even bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards to enjoy. We would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

Super location and comfortable home. The hosts have thought of everything! In a quiet neighborhood yet we could walk everywhere - so close to downtown. The house was very well stocked and clean. Huge backyard area and great hot tub. I would stay here again - highly recommended!

Great Location, Fantastic Amenities

This house was so welcoming and the amenities went way above any expectations. The coffee/drink bar was a hit with the entire family. The outdoor space was perfect for undwinding at the end of the day. The home was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Being just blocks from the vibrant energy of Sherman Avenue and the serene beauty of Lake Coeur d'Alene offers the perfect balance for a vacation. We poured our hearts into a six-month renovation to ensure the home feels modern and luxurious while preserving its 1919 charm. It’s a place where we love to gather, and we wanted to create that same inviting atmosphere for our guests.
