Welcome to our charming and spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit located on the lower level in the Sports Village community in beautiful St. George, UT. This vacation rental is the perfect choice for couples or small families looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway surrounded by stunning red rock scenery. It has a view of beautiful mountains and breathtaking sunsets off your private patio.

You will be close to all the main attractions! This is by far the best option in St. George for overall value. Pay far less than a hotel and get so much more. Resort amenities include:
-4 community charcoal BBQ grills with picnic tables located outside clubhouse under a cabana next to pools.
-2 large pools (family one is heated), other one is for 18+ adult pool. Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend.
-2 Jacuzzi's - open year round
**Pool towels are also supplied but need to be returned to unit after use!**
-Full size tennis courts
-Pickleball courts
-Workout room
-Jogging paths, shuffleboard and playground

Such a cute space, super clean, good layout. Loved the patio and views. The location was central to everything you could want to do in St George. We always love using the clubhouse for swimming, working out and playing mini golf/billiards. The property manager May was great to work with!

Great location and we loved the view from the patio. We liked being able to park in the garage. May was very helpful before and during our stay. It was fine for us, but you do have to go down a flight of stairs to get to the unit. They are outside and a little challenging to carry heavy suitcases. Not sure that I noticed if that was mentioned in the listing.

Our stay was very enjoyable, and it gave my husband and I a feel for what it would be like to live in a one bedroom condo in St. George. The condo was clean and organized, with lots of closet space and hooks to hang things on. The shower was a little disappointing, as it was a step in shower with a very short shower head, which was not adjustable at all. It is obviously an older unit, but overall it is very nicely updated. We really appreciated how all of the light switches were labeled, and other signage was helpful.There was some confusion on the booking at the last minute because this unit had recently been sold, but we worked it out in the end. The manager was very helpful and professional. The location was great and felt very safe.
