Located in Santa Ursula, Villa View Grand boasts an impressive view of Mount Teide and the sea. The 3-storey house consists of a living room, a work area, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in 2 rooms, satellite TV, a washing machine and a highchair and a baby cot upon request.

Your private outdoor area includes a pool, terraces (open and covered), a balcony, an outdoor shower and a barbecue. Here you can enjoy a glass of wine while you experience the best sunset in Tenerife.

Due to its central location, you can walk to trendy restaurants serving typical Canarian, Mexican, Indian or Italian food, bars and cafes to taste an exquisite coffee in just 1-3 minutes and the nearest supermarket is 7 minutes away. (550 m). You can also find a pharmacy (500 m) with long opening hours. The nearest supermarket is a 7-minute walk away (550 m). Furthermore, Playa de los Patos beach is a 10-minute drive away (4.4 km) while Tenerife airport north is just an 18-minute drive away (20.9 km).

Parking is available on the property. The property is ideal for remote workers as it has high-speed internet and a work area.

Fantastiskt hus med storslagen utsikt.

Pros: Värden var fantastisk, svarade snabbt på uppkomna frågor och var väldigt hjälpsam. Hon gav tips på fina stränder och restauranger med god och prisvärd mat.

Geräumiges Reihenhaus über drei Etagen mit sensationellen Meerblick

Pros: Das Haus ist sehr schön geschnitten. In der dritten Etage befindet sich der Arbeitsbereich, den wir nicht mit gemietet hatten, in der zweiten Etage sind die Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche und ganz unten befindet sich ein großer Wohn-, Essbereich mit Küche. Von dort gelangt man auch auf die Terrasse mit kleinem Pool. Der Ausblick von hier und vom Elternschlafzimmer auf das Meer und den Teide sind sensationell. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Maria, die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und diskret. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Cons: Das Schlafzimmer liegt oberhalb einer vielbefahrenen Straße. Wer Verkehrslärm nicht verträgt, kann nicht bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Für uns war es aber kein Problem. In den Duschen müssten bald die Fugen erneuert werden.

Amazing views in a wonderful Villa

Pros: The views from the terrace are amazing, you can enjoy the sunset over the sea, the Teide and the green areas around Puerto de la Cruz. The house is perfectly clean and it has everything to enjoy your stay. It is a quiet area however there are many options for dinner in a walkway distance, you can even grill on the terrace and enjoy the evening. The living room is huge with a comfortable coach and the kitchen very modern and with many facilities. Rooms are comfortable and bathrooms are very clean. I would recommend it to anyone, even to me if I return ;) Cons: Everything was great.

Es como estrenar una casa preciosa

La casa está nueva, dispone de todo lo necesario. 'Todo' es 'todo': toallas de playa, barbacoa, .utilities... Las sartenes nuevas, las hamacas súper cómodas, las sábanas limpísimas, con almohadas adicionales. todo PERFECTO. Un detalle que puede parecer menor, pero que marca diferencias es que la fregona y las escobas están como nuevas. Detalles que son imortantes. La casa no puede tener mejores vistas, con unos atardeceres sobre el Puerto de la Cruz como en pocos lugares de la isla. La piscina súper agradable y limpísima. María, la propietaria, encantadora, siempre pendiente, y ofreciendo su ayuda para lo que se necesite. En definitiva: un lujo. La única pega es que la casa es tan agradable que puede llegar a dar pereza salir a hacer turismo ;-) Repetiremos!!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem fantastischen Haus. Alles wie beschrieben. Haben selten so gut geschlafen , wie in diesen tollen Betten. Können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank auch an Maria die uns sehr herzlich betreut hat.

Great spot

A fabulous villa with all the modcons in a secure complex in a lovely neighborhood, away from the crazy tourist areas but within easy access of everything. Plenty of good foodie spots about. Friendly Maria is a great host - excellent communication before we arrived (she even sent photos of the route!), there for smooth check-in and on hand for delicious restaurant recommendations. Balcony with plunge pool has beautiful sweeping views of the banana plantations, Puerto Cruz, the bay and the mountain. Full kitchen with little extras like washing up liquid, washing powder, tea, coffee, sugar provided (handy when self-catering). Comfy beds, plenty of towels. Highly recommended.
