Later, you might bike to the beach, paddle across the lake to a hidden stretch of sand, or wander down to The Big Chill for dinner, music, and an evening under the lights.
And when the day winds down, the lake becomes still again it's the perfect setting for stories around the fire pit, a glass of wine on the balcony, or simply enjoying the quiet.
Bella Vista was created to be a peaceful retreat... a place to reconnect with the people you're with and the beauty of the coast around you.

THE SETTING
Bella Vista sits directly on the tranquil waters of Camp Creek Lake, one of the rare coastal dune lakes along 30A.
These lakes exist in only a few places in the world and create a unique environment where fresh water and saltwater meet offering calm paddling waters, incredible wildlife, and peaceful views just minutes from the Gulf.
From the private dock, you can launch a kayak or paddleboard and make a short 10-15 minute paddle to a quiet beach access.
If you prefer to walk or bike, Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access is about ½ mile away, making beach days simple and easy.
This rare combination of lakefront and beach access is one of the things that makes Bella Vista so special.

The home includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests, making it perfect for couples, small families, or a friends' getaway.
Inside you'll find bright, inviting living spaces where everyone can gather after a day at the beach or on the water.
Large windows and the balcony look out over the lake, letting the peaceful setting become part of the experience of the home.

Bella Vista: Lower floor of a two-level cottage. The dock is shared if rented separately. Please note that this home consists of two individual rental units. Your reservation is for one unit only unless otherwise specified. The second unit may be occupied by other guests during your stay. We want to ensure guests are aware of this setup prior to booking to avoid any confusion.
Bella Vista may be rented individually or together with Coastal Chateau, depending on availability. Renting both units together is a great option for larger families or groups traveling together while still allowing for additional privacy and separate living spaces.
