Welcome to Luxe Manor, your private Ozark oasis. With dual-level entertainment spaces, this is the ultimate destination for group getaways. This 6-bedroom home features 3 en-suite baths and sleeps up to 12 guests. You will have access to a private heated pool overlooking the water and a two-well-covered dock.

**Please note the pools are open from Memorial weekend until labor day weekend.

Kitchen and Dining Area
This kitchen is a true showstopper, designed for both everyday convenience and entertainment. It features a spacious quartz island with a breakfast bar for four, modern stainless-steel appliances, ample counter space, and a Duo coffee maker. There is a formal dining table with seating for the whole group to be surrounded by beautiful lake views while you dine.

Living Room
The living room features a sofa, four accent chairs, and a flat screen TV above stone fireplace creating the perfect space to unwind after a day on the lake. Double doors open directly onto the balcony filling with space with natural light and showcasing the lake views. There is a half bath located off the living space.

Bedroom 1
The first bedroom is located on the main floor and features a king-sized bed, nightstands, a mounted flat screen TV, and a door for access onto the balcony. There is an attached bath with a double vanity sink, walk in shower, and a spacious closet.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is located on the main floor and features a twin-sized bed.

Lower Living and Kitchen
Downstairs you will find a second living area with a sectional sofa, accent chair, mounted flat screen TV and double doors that open to the lower balcony and pool. The kitchenette is complete with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, an ice machine, and a dining table for four.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is located on the lower level and features a king-sized bed, twin murphy bed, nightstands, dresser, and a closet. There is an attached bathroom with a double vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level and features a king-sized bed, nightstands, and a crib.

Bedroom 5
The fifth bedroom is located on the lower level and features a queen-sized bed, nightstand, dresser, and closet.

Bedroom 6
The sixth bedroom is located on the lower level and features a king-sized bed, nightstands, a closet, and an attached bath with a double vanity sink and a walk-in shower.

Outside
Outside you have access to your own private heated pool surrounded by sun loungers and panoramic lake views. On the upper balcony there is a gas grill and a dining table with seating for eight. The lower features two sofas, a coffee table, and accent chairs so that you can relax poolside.

Dock
Down on the dock there are two slips, a lily pad, a dining table, and wet steps for easy access in and out of the lake.
Neighborhood Description

This home is located in Sunrise Beach near Porto Cima Golf Club. This neighborhood is less than 10 minutes from the lakefront Paradise Tropical Bar & Restaurant, 15 minutes from Captain Rons and 15 minutes from Frankie & Louies! This neighborhood is conveniently located between Sunrise Beach and Lake Ozark, putting you on either side of the lake within minutes. The Bagnell Dam Strip, Baxter’s, JB Hooks, and several other popular attractions are just 8 minutes away, and Osage Beach is 15 minutes away.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $1500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.

● Consolidate trash out of bathrooms and kitchen and put in dumpster when leaving the complex
● Please clean up dishes and run dishwasher
● Turn off lights, close windows and lock the door on your way out.

● Use the pool at your own risk. No children should be left unattended in the pool area.
● Do not enter the pool in the same clothes that were worn in the lake. This throws off the balance of the pool. If extra chemicals or cleanings are needed for excessive dirtiness, the cost is the guest`s responsibility.
