Vantage Point - Heated Pool, Hot Tub, & Views!

Welcome to Vantage Point. This home offers a quiet, “above it all” atmosphere with wide-reaching views of the water. While the cliffside setting means there is no direct lake access, the home is a masterclass in organic modern design. The home features a private heated pool and hot tub overlooking the horizon. Perfectly configured for up to 10 guests, the spacious layout includes four bedrooms, three having their own en-suite bathroom.

**Please note the pools are open from Memorial weekend until labor day weekend.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen is a chef-inspired culinary space designed for hosting with expansive lake views. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, featuring stainless steel appliances including a trio of ovens and a sleek island with seating for three. The space flows effortlessly into multiple dining zones, gather for a meal at the formal dining table for five or enjoy a more casual setting at the four-person breakfast table. There is an intimate lakeside sitting area overlooking the pool.

Living Room
The living room is an open, sun-drenched space designed to keep your focus on the water. Massive floor-to-ceiling glass walls serve as a backdrop, offering elevated views of the lake and your private pool just outside. The room features curved sofas centered around the gorgeous fireplace.
There is a half bath with a single vanity sink off the living area.

Bedroom 1
The spacious master suite features a king-sized bed, nightstands, a flat screen TV and the doors that open directly onto a scenic balcony. There is an attached bathroom that offers a spa-like setting with separate vanities, a walk in glass shower, and a soaking tub.

Lower-Level Lounge
Downstairs, you’ll find a lounge area that features a deep-seated sectional and a collection of plush oversized bag chairs, making it the perfect spot for a movie marathon on the flat screen TV. The space is equipped with its own wet bar and beverage fridge. There is a half bath with a single vanity sink.

Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is on the lower level and features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, clear views through the wall of windows, and a door with private access onto the balcony.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is located on the lower level and features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, and a door for access onto the pool deck. There is an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level and features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, fireplace, and a sitting area to enjoy the views!

Outside
Outside you will enjoy multi-level decks that wrap around the home with glass railings throughout to ensure your panoramic view of the lake. The main deck serves as the ultimate oasis surrounding the heated pool and lakeside hot tub. The space offers a variety of spots to relax, including lounge chairs, a sectional seating area and umbrella for afternoon shade, as well as more intimate balcony perches.

Neighborhood Description
This home is located in Sunrise Beach near Porto Cima Golf Club. This neighborhood is less than 10 minutes from the lakefront Paradise Tropical Bar & Restaurant, 15 minutes from Captain Rons and 15 minutes from Frankie & Louies! This neighborhood is conveniently located between Sunrise Beach and Lake Ozark, putting you on either side of the lake within minutes. The Bagnell Dam Strip, Baxter’s, JB Hooks, and several other popular attractions are just 8 minutes away, and Osage Beach is 15 minutes away.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.

● Consolidate trash out of bathrooms and kitchen and put in dumpster when leaving the complex
● Please clean up dishes and run dishwasher
● Turn off lights, close windows and lock the door on your way out.

● Use the pool at your own risk. No children should be left unattended in the pool area.
● Do not enter the pool in the same clothes that were worn in the lake. This throws off the balance of the pool. If extra chemicals or cleanings are needed for excessive dirtiness, the cost is the guest`s responsibility.
