Located inside the gated ChampionsGate Resort, this stylish 4-bedroom villa was designed for families visiting Disney and the Orlando attractions. The home features a private screened pool, themed kids’ bedrooms, a game room with arcade and Xbox, and spacious modern living areas ideal for relaxing after a day at the parks.
Guests also enjoy access to multiple ChampionsGate resort amenities, including the famous Oasis Club water park, tennis courts, restaurants, fitness center and more.

The Space
The home features a bright open-concept layout that connects the kitchen, dining area and living room—perfect for families and groups traveling together.
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a large island with bar seating, coffee makers (Keurig and drip), cookware, dishes and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.
The dining table comfortably seats your group for meals, while the living room offers comfortable seating and a large smart TV for movie nights.
The home accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms, including two themed rooms designed especially for kids.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome with prior approval.
• Pet fee: $95 per pet (non-refundable).
• Maximum of 3 pets per reservation (35 lbs each maximum).
• Pets are not allowed on carpets, furniture, or beds.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets during the stay.
• Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply if necessary.
• Any unreported or unauthorized pets will be subject to additional fees, including a $250 unauthorized pet fee.

Important House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests:

• No smoking inside the home
• Smoking outdoors only (fine applies for indoor smoking)

Supplies
This is a self-catering vacation home.
We provide a small starter supply to help you settle in:
• 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 paper towel roll
• 2 trash bags
• dish soap and sponge
• dishwasher pods
• laundry pods and softener
• shampoo, conditioner and soap per bathroom
For longer stays, guests should purchase additional supplies.
For hygiene reasons we do not provide food, spices or condiments.


Housekeeping
The home is professionally cleaned before every stay.
Daily housekeeping is not included but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.


Trash Disposal
Please dispose of trash daily in the resort dumpsters according to the community guidelines.


Package Delivery
Vacation homes cannot receive USPS deliveries.
Only the following carriers reliably deliver:
• UPS
• FedEx
• DHL
Some resorts may send packages to the clubhouse and fees may apply. We cannot guarantee delivery and are not responsible for returned packages.


Pool Heat Information (Important)
Pool heat is optional.
• $35 per day
• Minimum 3 consecutive days
• Must be requested 48 hours in advance
• Maximum temperature approximately 95°F
Pool heaters operate through heat exchange and may not reach maximum temperature during cold weather.
