Here you are guaranteed a relaxing vacation in front of a magnificent backdrop overlooking the lake. In your garden, on the balcony or the covered terrace there are cozy dining areas with a parasol. Several restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping facilities as well as a bakery can be reached in Ossuccio, less than 3 km away (5 minutes by car). The nearest supermarket is an 8-minute drive (4.4 km) away. Colonno's public beach is a 5-minute walk from the vacation home, and for a longer walk guests can follow the Greenway del Lago di Como hiking trail. Other beaches, including Argegno (3.3 km), Ossuccio (3.8 km), Lenno (5.2 km), Menaggio (13 km) are just a few minutes away by car. You can reach a boat rental after 4 km and the ferry Cadennabia, which takes you to Bellagio and Varenna after 9,3 km. Also take a trip to Villa del Balbianello (4.4 km) or Villa Carlotta Gardens (8.5 km). Milan Malpensa Airport is 1 hour away by car (69 km).

Parking is available on the property and on the street and a garage is available for your car.
