気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The property was not ready for habitation. It was dirty to filthy in various areas, including inside the refrigerator/freezer, along the baseboards, window sills and a/c units and the bathroom. Junk was tossed into a cabinet underneath the kitchen sink, in kitchen cabinets,and in one of the bedroom closets. The primary bedroom curtain rod had fallen down at one end and was hanging off the wall. The freezer door handle had been broken off and was missing; the door latch to a microwave was broken, baseboard radiant heater covers were broken and/or places; one of the three bottles in the shower was missing and may’ve been broken from the wall. More seriously, the interior front door to the unit was unlocked and may’ve been broken or defective; the side door opened to a filthy alley that led to damaged and damaged and decrepit door to the street that was unlocked and insecure with loose wires hanging down and into the path of the doorway. In the other direction the alley led to a backyard deck that had boards that were uneven and potential trip hazards, furniture that was falling apart and unsafe, and empty beer bottles along with a partially filled bag of road salt left in plain view. The back led to a basement stairwell that had been filled with and blocked by pieces of metal that appeared to be ready for the trash. The living room couch was dirty and stained. The apartment was described as “gorgeous.” Nothing gorgeous about this place. We left soon as we could get a hotel.
