Your Vacation Rental 05 at the Strandvilla Meeresblick is a 3-room vacation rental on the 2nd floor that sleeps up to 4 people.

The approximately 90 m² 3-room vacation rental is lovingly and modernly furnished. It features a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest restroom, and two balconies. Vinyl flooring is installed throughout the entire apartment. The bathroom and guest restroom are tiled. The beach is approximately 30 meters away.

The living room invites you to feel at home and relax. Floor-to-ceiling windows create a spacious living experience. In addition to the standard living room furnishings—such as a cozy couch and two armchairs—there is, of course, a large flat-screen TV. From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished balcony, which faces the lake.

The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has everything you could ask for. It has everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove with four ceramic burners and an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, and plenty of dishes, silverware, and glasses. The kitchen also features a counter where you can cook and dine together.

The first bedroom is accessible via the hallway. It features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). Storing your clothes is no problem, as the bedroom has a spacious closet. Of course, you can darken the room using the pleated blinds.

The second bedroom is also accessible via the hallway and features a cozy double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). You can store your clothes in a dresser. Blackout curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep. An additional flat-screen TV is available here. This bedroom leads out to the south-facing balcony. You can make yourself comfortable on the cozy lounge set and enjoy the evening sun.

The stylish bathroom features modern tiling and is equipped with a sink, a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a heated towel rack. There is also a guest bathroom.

Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available free of charge. A maximum of two dogs are allowed in this non-smoking apartment. The Meeresblick vacation complex has an elevator. One free outdoor parking space (No. 5) is available for your car. It is located directly in front of the building. You can store your bicycles in the lockable bike shed. There are shared charging outlets for e-bikes here. A Wallbox charging station (for electric cars) is also available. This is for shared use. The cost for use is 20.00 euros per day (as needed).

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without making the beds).

This vacation home features six 3-bedroom vacation apartments, each furnished with great attention to detail and suitable for both family vacations and relaxing getaways for two. All vacation apartments feature a living room, an open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a guest restroom. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth during the colder months.

Each apartment has two balconies—one facing the lake and one facing south—as well as Wi-Fi, a parking space, and a lockable bike storage area. A charging station for electric vehicles is also available. Use of the charging station costs 20.00 euros per day (as needed).
