Escape to paradise at this peaceful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the highly sought-after Keauhou Surf & Racquet Club on the sunny Kona Coast. Nestled on 16 oceanfront acres, this ground-floor unit offers no stairs, easy access, and nearby reserved parking—perfect for a stress-free Hawaiian getaway.
Enjoy serene golf course views and tropical breezes from your spacious, screened wraparound lanai, ideal for morning Kona coffee, afternoon naps, or evening relaxation after a day exploring the island.
Inside, the condo features a bright, open layout with a full kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space. The primary suite includes a king bed, large closet, and direct lanai access, while the guest bedroom offers a queen bed plus a twin daybed—perfect for families or small groups. Ceiling fans throughout keep the space cool, with optional central AC available for added comfort.
This gated resort community offers top-notch amenities including a large swimming pool, 3 tennis courts, BBQ areas, and beautifully landscaped grounds. You're also just a short walk to Kahaluʻu Beach Park, one of the Big Island's best snorkeling spots, and minutes from Laʻaloa Beach for sandy shoreline relaxation.
Conveniently located just 5 miles from Kailua-Kona town, you'll have easy access to restaurants, shopping, ocean activities, and the famous Aliʻi Drive. The nearby Keauhou Shopping Center offers groceries, dining, a movie theater, and more.

Driving is optional. Unless you are planning to explore the island during your stay, you won't necessarily need a vehicle. The Kona Trolley (Hele-On Route 201) is a convenient, open-air transit option connecting Kailua-Kona and Keauhou via Ali'i Drive. The trolley runs seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with buses arriving approximately every 60 minutes. The general one-way fare is just $2.

Great Place to Stay on the Island

The condo was well stocked with kitchen equipment, towels, beach equipment etc. The screened in lanai was the crown jewel - it allowed for wonderful airflow through the unit. Great location.

We didn't meet or hear from the host, but called the emergency number when we had questions/problem, which were dealt with. We loved the screened-in lanai; the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, glasses, cooking equipment. The condo was homey, spacious, nicely-furnished.

Great Stay!

We absolutely loved this condo and location! It was the perfect distance from the activities we were a part of and sites we wanted to see. The condo is stocked with kitchen supplies, best I’ve ever seen! They also have beach chairs and snorkel gear to use. I would highly recommend renting from this VRBO!

Enjoyed our stay

The unit was spacious with a large kitchen which was great for cooking a few meals at home. The enclosed lanai area was great for sitting and enjoying our morning coffee. Our kids really enjoyed the pool area and having KTA (grocery chain) and shave ice / boba tea up just up the street at Keauhou Shopping Plaza was very convenient.

Great location in Kona, near beaches and downtown. Condo has everything you need for beach (chairs, umbrella, beach towels, snorkles/ fins). Corner unit with larger lanai, great pool and rec area.

Great Place

Great location near public beach for snorkeling, shopping center for restaurants, groceries, drug store, etc. Unit near shoreline for sunset views, nice pool. Condo has just about anything you could think of, was nicely decorated and had large screened porch where we spent most of our time when we were there.
