Apartment Casa Patricia Nerja is located in the village of the same name, Nerja, surrounded by beautiful hiking trails. The rustic apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and can accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, fireplace, washing machine, SAT-TV and DVD player. The child-friendly accommodation also provides you with a crib and a high chair.

The highlight of the property is the private outdoor area, consisting of a garden, an open terrace, a swimming pool, an outdoor shower and a barbecue. The pool is open all year round. The apartment is the perfect accommodation for a relaxing vacation with family or friends in the middle of a beautiful landscape.

In the immediate vicinity you will find restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as a weekly market (550m; 6 minutes walk), while the nearest beach, Playa de Burriana, is 24 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive (2 km).

There is a public parking lot near the apartment. Pets are not allowed. Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

The taxi service recommended by the owners were very pleasant and reliable. Nerja caves and museum is a must to see recommend travelling by land train, great value for money 40 euros for two adults and one child which includes entrance for caves, museum and the land train. Great holiday!!!

Wonderful week in a fabulous apartment

Pros: Whilst the owners live above the apartment, they and their family kept themselves to themselves. We didn’t have a need to contact them during our stay, but have no doubt that they would have been incredibly responsive as Fernando had been great at replying to communication before arriving. We arrived quite late - just before 23h00, but were greeted with smiles from the whole family. :-) The apartment was very well kitted out and we welcomed having the outdoor space and the BBQ which we used. Beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of storage space for clothes etc. We used the pool twice, but as it was October, it was a little cold. A wonderful outdoor space to sit and have an evening drink or two. If we were ever in Nerja again, we would consider staying here again. There is a bus into town and restaurants in walking distance, but to truly explore the area, a car is beneficial - with ample and free parking outside the apartment. Thanks Fernando and Patricia.

Pros: Nous avons absolument adoré nos 2 semaines de vacances passées à Nerja dans cette location ! Le cadre était super, le temps aussi ( pas une goutte de pluie et de 35°C a 40°C tout les jours ), le logement vraiment conforme à la description ( tout était très propre et très bien équipé ), les propriétaires vraiment gentil et malgré qu'ils habitent au dessus, très discrets mais disponibles si besoin, Nerja est une ville super où on trouve toutes les commodités que l'on peut attendre ( supermarchés, plage, visites à faire, jet ski, bars ambiances, jeunes,.....) Pour résumé que du positif pour ce séjour et si les choses le permettent nous y retournerons l'année prochaine et de plus dans ce logement s'il est disponible. Si vous hésitez, ne doutez plus la location est vraiment super et je le répète très bien équipée et très bien placée pour le prix et les propriétaires très sérieux. Merci à vous pour ces magnifiques vacances !
