✹ Booking guest must be 25+ and present during the whole stay - In the event of a disturbance, local police will be called.
✹ Wristbands required for beach access (typically March 1 - October 31; fee may apply per group)
✹ Liability waiver required for golf cart use
✹ HOA does not permit RVs, trailers, or campers
✹ Weddings and events are not permitted
✹ Cancellation policy: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date. Fifty percent (50%) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior. For cancellations within 14 days, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. Please note - I am a traveler too and know that things come up! If you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know and I will do my best to work with you.
