Wake up overlooking peaceful Kara Lake, spend the day on the sugar-white beaches of 30A, then unwind on your private screened-in porch as the sun sets over the water. This spacious lakefront townhome sleeps up to 10 guests and is perfect for family vacations, girls' trips, or two families traveling together. Located in Santa Rosa Beach close to Seaside, Blue Mountain Beach, Seagrove, Sandestin, 30A and Grand Boulevard, you'll enjoy the best of the Emerald Coast without the crowds.
Once inside you will find two bedrooms on the first floor, along with a full size laundry room and outdoor access. Safety latches have been added to the tops of doors for your peace of mind when traveling with your family. In the first guest room you will find a king bed, smart tv, and storage to meet all your needs. The second guest room hosts two sets of twin bunks with pull out single beds to accommodate 6 people in this room, perfect for traveling families!
Upstairs enjoy the kitchen will all stainless appliances, gas stove, and everything needed whether you are staying 3 days or 3 weeks. The living room is embellished with decor for the coastal lifestyle. Enjoy relaxing by the electric fireplace or on the screened in patio that overlooks the lake. Just down the hallway upstairs you will find the master suite. This room offers a king bed, large closet, smart tv, en-suite bathroom complete with a double vanity sink and beautiful tile walk-in shower. For your convenience there is parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles.
Walk to the pool, dock, lake, or enjoy and afternoon on the dock. Area attractions include: outlet shopping, golf, tennis, pickleball, zoo, water park, Village of Baytowne Wharf, 30A, The Big Chill, theatre, spas, salons, dining, water activities, marinas, kids activities, fitness centers, and more. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.*All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules*
No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.
A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home.
Coastline provides start supplies for your stay (enough to get you started): laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, basic soaps.
Coastline Real Estate & Property Management Group, LLC reserves the right to terminate this Agreement, upon it's sole and absolute discretion, at any time. Coastline Real Estate & Property Management Group, LLC may remove any person from the premises at any time for safety of Guest and/or for protection of the Owner’s property. Upon any early termination, the pro-rated unused occupancy term shall be refunded to Guest.
