The Anderson House is a two-story historic home thoughtfully restored for modern family stays. The new owners have carefully preserved the home’s character, revitalizing century-old floors and architectural accents while creating comfortable living spaces for guests to gather and unwind.
-4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath - Sleeps 10

-Located directly across from Anderson Dock and Green Bay views

-Fully equipped kitchen for cooking and gathering

-Home Office- ideal for working remotely

BEDROOM LAYOUT
All bedrooms are located upstairs, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for families and groups.
-Primary Bedroom- King bed with Smart TV
-Bedroom 2- Queen bed with Bay Views
-Bedroom 3- Queen bed
-Bedroom 4- Two sets of bunk beds— perfect for kids or larger families

-To ensure a seamless check-in experience, guests are required to review and sign our standard rental agreement and complete a quick check-in form prior to arrival. This helps us comply with local regulations and provide the best possible stay.
-Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee. This is detailed in the guest contract.
-Staircase Safety Notice: The staircase leading to the upstairs bedrooms has been fully restored and is safe for use; however, please note that it is part of the home’s original structure and is over 150 years old. As such, the stairs are narrower and steeper than modern construction standards. Baby gates are available for your use.
-The primary renter must be 25 years or older.
