This spacious 2,250 sq ft luxury penthouse offers breathtaking and unique mountain views in the heart of Canmore. Designed for comfort and style, the home features large windows that fill the space with natural light and showcase the stunning Rocky Mountains. Guests can enjoy a bright open living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and beautifully designed spaces perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Whether you’re visiting for hiking, skiing, or simply enjoying the beauty of Banff National Park, this penthouse provides the perfect base for a memorable Rocky Mountain getaway.
A $500 CAD security deposit will be held on your card at the time of check-in. Please note this is not a charge and will be released within 2 days after check-out.
***A 3.9% non-refundable credit card fee applies to all payments.
Welcome—this penthouse is curated for guests who appreciate comfort, quality, and a peaceful mountain setting. By booking, you agree to the following:
Respectful Occupancy
• Registered guests only. Overnight occupancy is limited to the number of guests on the reservation.
• No parties, events, or disruptive gatherings. This is a refined residence in a shared community—please keep the atmosphere calm and respectful.
• No unapproved visitors beyond your reservation without prior written approval.
Quiet Enjoyment
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Please keep voices, music, and balcony use low during these hours.
Smoking & Substances
• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home, on balconies, or within building common areas (including cannabis).
• Any smoke odor remediation or related fines will be charged to the guest.
Pets
• Pets are only permitted if explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival and only under the rules outlined in your booking confirmation.
Care for the Home (Furniture, Art, Finishes)
• This is a high-end, art-forward home. Please treat furnishings, artwork, and surfaces with care.
• Shoes off indoors to protect hardwood flooring.
• Please use coasters/placemats and avoid placing hot items directly on surfaces.
• Do not move furniture or artwork.
• Any damage beyond normal wear may result in charges.
Fireplace & Safety
• Enjoy the fireplace, but never leave it unattended and turn it off when leaving the home or going to sleep.
• No candles or open-flame items.
• Do not tamper with smoke/CO detectors.
Balcony Courtesy & Safety
• Children must be supervised on the balcony at all times.
• No climbing, leaning over railings, or throwing items.
• No grilling unless explicitly provided and permitted in the listing.
Parking & Building Courtesy
• Park only in the assigned stall(s) (and follow any posted building signage).
• Please keep hallways and common areas quiet and tidy.
Issues, Breakage & Communication
• If something breaks or isn’t working properly, message us immediately so we can resolve it quickly. Timely communication helps us keep the home exceptional.
