Whether you're floating in the private pool, enjoying family movie night in your own theater, or watching the kids race down the spiral slide in the custom Minions bedroom, this is more than just a place to stay—it's part of the vacation itself.



Built around a private courtyard, the home offers the perfect balance of luxury and fun. The sparkling swimming pool and spillover spa create your own backyard oasis, complete with plenty of lounge chairs for soaking up the Florida sunshine. A removable child safety fence provides added peace of mind for families traveling with little ones, and pool heat is available for $30 per night for those cooler evenings. If you'd like to cook outdoors, a BBQ grill can be added to your reservation for an additional fee.



As you step inside the main home, the fun begins immediately. The front game room welcomes everyone with a full-size pool table, the classic NBA Jam arcade game, and a 70-inch Smart TV, creating the perfect space for friendly competition before heading to the parks or winding down at the end of the day.



Just beyond, the home opens into a bright and spacious living area that has been thoughtfully updated for gathering together. A custom shiplap entertainment wall with a built-in electric fireplace anchors the room, while an impressive 86-inch Smart TV and oversized sectional sofa provide the perfect setting for movie nights, game days, or simply relaxing after an unforgettable day exploring Orlando.



The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas, making it easy for everyone to stay connected while meals are prepared. The dining table comfortably seats eight guests, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar. The first-floor king suite offers a quiet retreat with a large Smart TV and private ensuite bathroom, making it an excellent option for grandparents or guests who prefer to avoid stairs.



Upstairs, you'll find two beautifully furnished king bedrooms that share access to a covered balcony overlooking the golf course. The loft has been designed especially for younger guests with toys, two gaming TVs, and a PlayStation 4, creating a fun second living space where kids and teens can enjoy their own hangout.

Elevated theater seating provides every guest with a great view, while the oversized sectional offers plenty of room to stretch out and relax.



The entertainment continues with two dedicated 55-inch gaming TVs, a commercial-quality air hockey table, a multicade arcade loaded with classic favorites, and a pub table for snacks, drinks, or cheering on the competition. It's the kind of space where family tournaments begin—and where everyone ends up spending more time than they expected.



Above the theater is a private guest apartment that adds even more flexibility for larger groups. Complete with a kitchenette, two queen beds, and a separate king bedroom, it's an ideal retreat for grandparents, another family, or anyone looking for a little extra privacy during their stay.

Golf enthusiasts should note that membership access is not included with the home. However, Reunion tee times are often available during the summer through GolfNow, and Central Florida offers dozens of outstanding public golf courses just a short drive away.
