12. Beach accessories

Beach towels 10 inside the house.
We have 10 beach chairs, 4 beach umbrellas, a cooler, and a beach wagon available for your use. All beach accessories are conveniently located outside on the right side of the house for easy access.

13. No parties allowed violations may result in immediate termination of the stay.
We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.
- An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes.
• Thermostat must be set between 69°F and 78°F
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
• No open flames, candles, or matches
• Keep doors/windows closed to avoid pest entry (Florida is a tropical climate)



14. POOL
- Pool is serviced two times per week to maintain chemical balance. Pool staff may arrive during your stay this is normal and necessary. They will be entering on your Left side of house.

The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature; please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year.

Just a friendly heads-up regarding the pool heater. Due to manufacturer limitations, pool heaters are not efficient when outdoor temperatures drop below 60°F. During colder weather, the heater may run but the pool may not reach the desired temperature, and heating cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to answer any questions before or during your stay.- Please note that the pool is not hot tub.

16. Guest with Pets, PLEASE READ:

Pets: We allow up to 2 dogs per booking. We do charge a deep cleaning. Pets are not allowed on furniture`s. Pets are not allowed to pee/poop on the grass in the backyard. We will charge extra if any of these rules are violated. When you do walk your dog , please be respectful of the beautiful neighborhood and pick up after your little furry ones!


17. We provide a start pack of supplies.

This includes
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom,
One roll of paper towel,
Three trash bags,
Three dish pods,
Three laundry pods, dish soap, hand soap,
Body wash, conditioner, and shampoo.
Guests are responsible for additional supplies during their stay.
