Everything was according to what Host had said about the place. Host had quick response to my questions. Beautiful home and very clean. In a nice neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with necessary items. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. Bud and Jeanette

This property was everything it said it was in the listing. Very well furnished. We had 4 adults and two children. Some ideas to make it better would be to fix the ice maker, add fans to the bathrooms, there was a landscaping light that blinked on and off all night. Ran out of garbage bags. Curtains in master could have had better coverage for black out purposes. The nightstands could have been bigger with charging phones/ipad/watches more accessible. Other than that it was perfect. Owner very responsive. We would stay here again.

Peter’s home was a perfect home while my family was dealing with personal matters with an aging parent. We looked forward to return to the house every evening. We easily could decompress, enjoy meal preparations in the spacious kitchen, or just relaxing by the pool with a glass of wine. The home is very spacious and thought out. The beds were comfy and felt very much at home. Peter was incredibly responsive and friendly. Thank you for the warm hospitality. We appreciate it so much!

Exactly as described and pictured! We stayed in Clearwater Beach the year before but never again. Dunedin and Honeymoon Beach are amazing! Much better than Clearwater. House was perfect - everything we needed, great pool, very clean. Really appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella. Thanks for a great vacation!

Highly recommend

This home was perfect for our visit to the Tampa area for our daughter’s college graduation. It was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and close to Downtown Dunedin, which is one of our favorite places to visit when in town. I highly recommend The Living Room for brunch, as well as Ice & Cream for dessert.

Enjoyable Spring Break Getaway

We stayed at the Modern Coastal College for spring break. There were 5 of us. The house has plenty of room for us. Access and communication with the host were smooth. He was quick to respond.The house had all the amenities you need for a getaway. When we were at the house we spent a lot of time at the pool during the day and evenings in the screened in porch area. The whole backyard space was a great place to relax and have fun with the family. The house itself was well stocked with everything you need including kitchen items for cooking meals.We spent a couple of days at the beach - about a 30 minute drive to Clearwater (with traffic) and around 15-20 minutes to Honeymoon Island State Park. Both enjoyable beaches with the state park being much more low key. Most of our dinners were at restaurants in downtown Dunedin. It was a 10 minute drive from the house but once parked you could walk to many different restaurants and shops. Overall it was a great experience at a great place close to Dunedin. I would recommend for groups because of both a relaxing back yard area and convenience to many different options.

We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The house is close to lots of things going on, and the host was great. Peter was available any time we needed him. The pool is very nice, and the best thing is it's heated, clean and enjoyable any time. Hopefully we'll be back again!!

Beautiful Home and Family Friendly

Kids, parents and grandparents all enjoyed this house! Beautiful, well kept home with heated pool the kids LOVED! Hosts were responsive with the questions we had and easily accessible if we needed further assistance!Grandma was absolutely in the live with the house! Great neighborhood and close to stores/shopping! Would love to come back for our next visit!

Great stay

Very nice home and we used all amenities. The pool had directions how to maintain so it was clean when we went swimming. The bikes provided allowed us to ride around the neighborhood and we used the beach chairs and umbrella at Clearwater Beach. The home was clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you are by Dunedin.

Quick getaway

Visited on the heels of Hurricane Milton. Host kept us informed on the property and amenities. All was in tip top shape for our trip. House was comfortable and nicely decorated. Back porch and pool were a welcome benefit to the home.

Dunedin, FL awesome trip

This is our 3rd time staying here. The hosts are amazing and it is the perfect house. Everything you need and close to St. Pete Beach, Clearwater Beach and Tampa.

Just like home!

Very comfortable and relaxing. Quiet safe neighbor. Really missed exhaust fans in bathrooms, reading light is bedroom with twin beds, and places to set suitcases in small bedroom.

Daughters Wedding

Loved it! The kitchen was fully stocked for entertaining. Would have LOVED to have hosted a party, but parking would have been a challenge & the host says “no”. We did not have access to put car in the garage & that would have been appreciated. Did not use the pool but the water was warm & provided a beautiful view. Lots of stuff for families that we did not use or need. The space is small but feels large. Modern amenities & would stay herr again & again. Love downtown Dunedin. Its like being in a Hallmark movie!

Such a gem

Owners were very nice and responsive. The house was super clean and well stocked. We stayed for a week and had evwrything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The only complaint i have is one of the hammocks was ripped (forgot to bring that to their attention) and the cornhole boards that are in the pictures werent present. Bummer!

Perfect Place!!

There were 5 of us ladies that stayed in this wonderful home! We had plenty of room, the beds were very comfortable, the house was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything that we needed. Literally we have NO complaints!! The owners gave great communication prior to our arrival. The pool was perfect!! I saw that someone said there was a lot of street noise but we didn’t notice anything! Perfect location to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Always had enough hot water for 5 of us ladies showering!! If you are deciding between this or another property, PICK THIS ONE!! Cannot thank the owners enough! We had lots of fun…lots of laughter and wonderful memories made for all of us!! THANK YOU for the amazing girls trip for my girls and I to spend some quality time together!!

Great little house

Property remodeled and very clean, great kitchen well stocked, lots of linens and beach supplies. lovely screen porch, comfortable beds. Fun to have pool .Owner very responsive with any needs. Street noise. Location is in busy commercial part of town. I would rent again.

Clean and Comfortable

Overall clean and well stocked rental, but would love to see an outdoor dining area and the outdoor seating that was there to be replaced. Time, usage and weather has not been kind to the furniture. Although, there were some minor maintenance issues, which occurs when you get rental traffic, it was a cozy place and met our needs while staying in Dunedin.
